Very friendly and helpful staff Though the hotel is a bit old, but I am very impressed. The bed is very comfortable, the toilet is clean and big, and all the furnitures and electronics are new and updated. The lobby look nice. I am also very impressed with their staff service, they are very helpful and went all the way to provide good service which impresses me. I would definitely come back to this hotel whenever I am in Khon Kaen.

airport shuttle, friendly and efficient staff, clean rooms, excellent service breakfast was not offered as part of the booking this is my third stay here. it is in my opinion the best hotel in khon kaen. the staff is always friendly and helpful. the service is excelent. it has everything you need for your stay, from good food at the restuarants to entertainment at the clubs there in the hotel.

Best location, great service.. Absolutely 5 stars hotel of North-East Thailand If possible, guest should check event schedule in order to avoid crowded and noisy people (Academy Fantasia) I'd planned my trip to Nakornpanom but I choosed this hotel because Kon Kan is a capital city of North-East (Thailand). And It's really really satified me. The best location in town, great facilities. I'd like to recommend international buffet at this hotel. It's great taste and value for money. (Spa service is same as BKK hotel)
