We liked how quiet the surroundings were. We could easily walk to the beach. But, I thought it would be closer to the beach. The staff was friendly. The bungalows were fine but the beds were not very comfortable.

Picturesque, quiet place, cheap too.
Price tag, nice nature, far from noisy hangouts on the shore.

The mini hotel is located at the end of Lonely Beach behind the road. That's its major advantage since it makes this place fairly cosy and quiet (all night life and youngsters hangouts are closer to the sea). I also found the price pretty affordable. We had stayed there just for 7 days and as for drawbacks I can only mention the fact that everything was on demand - fresh towels or trash bins emptying... We never had our bed refreshed during our stay but we didn't care. The staff was hospitable, friendly and a bit relaxed... What else.. the mini hotel is 90% of russians people. Pay your attention that most of the feedback is written in Russian, that's the proof of it

Low Quality, High Price
Quiet, away from beach parties, air con (sometimes)

I should clarify that I've stayed at this place twice. The first time was fine, which is why I went back. Air con is a nice luxury on the beach (this used to be one of the few places on Lonely Beach with AC), and the location away from the beach is good for escaping the noise of the bars in town. But this second time was a pretty bad experience. The room smelled very heavily of baby powder on arrival, but I didn't think much of it. But then after 20 minutes of AC, the room stunk with the overwhelming scent of dog feces. Something was in the air conditioner or water line. When we complained that evening, an obviously drunk employee told us there were no other rooms and we'd have to just use the fan that night because there were no other rooms. Oh well. These things happen. My only annoyance was that it was pretty clear they knew about the smell before our arrival but checked us in anyway. rooms should have AC. And the bathroom also smelled, and in general, the bungalow was sub par for the price. So, for all these reasons, we checked out the next morning. I explained why and said I'd pay a discounted price for the first night. And that I'd cancel the last two pre-paid nights through Agoda. The staff agreed. But then they fought me via internet when I tried to get my refund for the two unused nights through Agoda. So that was really the biggest issue. Trying to keep my money when I checked out before check out time and had very good reasons to leave really bothered me. And Sea Flower Bungalows has views of the beach, AC, and refrigerators for 100 baht less. So that's where we spent the next week. If Day Night wants to keep up, they should improve their rooms and customer service, and lower prices to compete with the new places in town.

Quiet bungalow in the loud neighborhood

Bungalow was about 700m from the beach, but was nice and quiet. Ratcher clean, but had to ask for extra bed sheets since there were just blancets provided.

it is not cheapest place, but staff very helpfull

The location not best - around 1km to the bay, but it situated on life street with restorants and cafe, minimarkets, gim and masage... On the way to the bay we saw monkey family. Funny but little bit agressive. However bungalow locate close to restorants it not very loud. Another pros is very friendly stuff. I cooked for my doughter in the kitchen.
Room is very basic and had a strange smell in first time. Also wi-fi not work sometims.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Lonley bay is a nice place but it has many small midges wich bit everytime.

provided with fast wifi, hot shower, tv, air conditioner! room was clean and staff was extra friendly

But a little bit away from the beach which was 10minutes walk from the bungalow
Considering the price it was ok
If you don't like loud music coming out all night this hotel could be a nice choice
Not too far away from the night life but It was calm
