The bungalow was quiet and the walk to the room was exceptionally nice as the grounds are maintained well (like walking through a well kept garden). Breakfast was excellent.

nice place, near to beach...very good swimming pool, and ofcourse nice rooms & many more nice things...!! in a nutshell gud place to replax...!!!
oh yeh i like the coffe at bodywork cafe near KC hotel...!!! still need to improve on kitchen side...!!!! breakfast & food still not upto mark...!!!

Good supply of towels.
Good American breakfast.
Helpful staff.
Good activities office.
Good housekeeping.
Lovely. Had to move your beach chair from the pool to the sand. No one available to help.
Getting in and out of the pool was difficult especially for older people.
No gift shop.
This was a wonderful hotel and a very pleasant surprise. The staff was helpful, housekeeping always did something special (ie. flowers, towels folded in swan shapes), and the American breakfast was great...best omelette and bacon I've had in Thailand! The location was stunning and there were plenty of towels available for the pool and the beach. I would recommend this to anyone with or without children.
Travel tip : Perfect location on White Sand Beach...beach was clean and stunning.

Deluxe bungalows are very nice, but our bathroom was not a nice as the one pictured. Fantastic breakfast buffet, which was included in the price of the room. Bathrooms in the deluxe bungalows need some work. The tile work was a bit sloppy and a few tiles were cracked and caulked. Bathroom needs its own powered vent fan. Deluxe bungalow claims wi-fi internet service, but we were told at check-in that it was not available in our deluxe bungalow. We did manage to pick up a weak signal, and it was fairly slow as a result, but we managed to get by on it. At check-out there was a mix-up, and they tried to charge us 800 baht for our 200 baht laundry service, but after holding up the airport shuttle for 15 minutes, they corrected the error.

Nice bungaloos good beach Nice pools town is small with out many businesses beach is not a good swimning beach but great to walk Hotel is wonderful. 2 pools are nice. Clean Romantic bungaloos. Breakfast is OK. Beach area is nice the water is shallow to swim but nice to get wet in. Many beach resturants in area.

This is the nice location in Sai Kwao beach! It's cool! Too small room area in Bangalore type I Think this hotel is located in perfect location, right to the beach when you wanna go for swimming in the sea and so close to beach bar at night time...It's cool!
espeically, I really like swimming pool the most!
Nightlife Tip : Beach bar at night time in at Had Sai Kwao.. so cool!

The pool and beach area is beautiful. The massage facilities. The little coffee shop. Okay fitness. The food at the restaurant could be better and the staff at the restaurant could be more serviceminded. The pool and beach area is beautiful. The beach is especially beautiful - long white sand beach -and it is quiete because it is not allowed to do watersports there. It is wonderful to be able to get a thai, aloe vera or foot massage on the beach after a day in the sun. There is a lovely little coffee shop next to the hotel (the reception) where they serve good food and coffee. It is lovely to walk on the beach at night and eat at one of the many restaurants there where you can get good food. The travel agentcy next door to the reception gives good service and provided us with a good trip to ride elephants.
Nightlife Tip : There is a nice bar down the road where they play live music every night. The food is good and the entertainment was lovely.

everything quite nice, the breafast was outstanding!!
hotel rooms very nice and staff as well the service was excellent and and the beach was right outside our bungalow and everything worked very well
It is a bit expensive but its worth it and if you stay on koh chang the white and beach is the best.
Now we moved to another hotel and i do not think you can relax more than on KC resort.
Some bungalows are not as nice as the ones in the third row but the closeness to the beach takes it out.

Nice staff, clean hotel with a first class swimming pool and restaurant, located on a beautiful part of White Sand Beach. The interior of the rooms could be updated a bit for the price, however, they are still very comfortable. My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this wonderful resort. It is located right on the lovely White Sand Beach, and is close to quality bars, shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious. The swimming pool is very large and has a nice pool bar, and you can get a massage from professionals right on the beach. Overall, a very pleasant stay, I would recomend it to anyone.

Quality of room, location, beach, swimming pool quality of food, water heating Stayed in new delux buildings, rooms are excellent, clean well furnished, jacuzzi on balcony. best beach front on White Sand Beach, very large pool almost on beach. Only complaint was hot water control of in-room heater. Could solve by running both sink and shower together.

relatively new and clean; long swimming pool; seasides body massage; great view to the White Sand Beach; walking distance to restaurant, bar, gift shop and 7-eleven. bungalow size is relatively small and equip too simple; shower doesn't work well. "So relaxing" is the first impression when i arrived at the reception area which already facing the beach. The pool area is great and clean. Very good feeling when doing the thai massage just by the beach, but the skills of the therapist not very good. Bungalow just by the beach with quiet and privacy, but not well-furnished. Price of the bungalow would be relatively high with this simple interior.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Seafood at the Fishers' village is great, cheap and fresh. Some gift shops there worth to have a look. many 1 or half day tour to nearby islands for sight seeing, diving and boat trip.

Situated on the beach. Nice Hotel rooms. Nice surroundings. Close to the village. Our stay at KC grande Resort was very pleasant and we enjoyed it very much. The standard was excellent, both in room, surroundings and the staff. The hotel has a good restaurant an excellent spa and a good fitness room.

We started with the bungalows and then upgraded to superior building. Very modern and fresh hotel.
The pool area was very nice and well taken care of.

We thought that the Hotel was VERY clean and the staff was the best we had so far on our trips. The superior rums was very modern and high standard Koh Chang Grande Resort was the best hotel we had so far. The Beach was very nice and the central of white Sand Beach was right outside the hotel area( But stil not noisy of the traffic). The bungalows on the beach had also its charm because of the spot they were on. Maby a little bit more simple than we expected,but when we later took 3 more nights and chose the superior building, we just loved the place even more. I can really recommend it, and we will for sure go back to KC Grande, The liveband in the evening was maby not the best on the beach, but just some hundred meters away we found the sabaybar.. Nightlife Tip : Sabaybar with the liveband and the fireshow.. Wery cosy place, where you sat on pillows on the beach

Location, location, location - nice atmosphere, great staff, clean pool Standard bungalows are a bit to simple and the cleaning have much to improve The first impression is great with a nice reception, great pool area, closeness to the beach and the ride in the golfcar to the bungalow. The contrast to the simpleness of the standard bungalow where hugh and when we tried to uppgrade the rooms the pricedifferent was 3000 bath to superior and 5000 bath to deluxe per day. The reception wasn't very good at helping us with this and told us to call Agoda for help.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Visit the other islands around Koh Chang when you are there.
