Spacious rooms and big swimming pool

i had a bit of problem when check-in cuz i book the wrong date but reservation supervisor is very helpful.and the actual room i booked they were full he also upgraded me to better room so i could stay there.i like the room because is very spacious and decorates with siladol tilles. swimming pool is big but smell isn't clean so i was annoyed by it while i swimming. very big breakfast line and i like nescafe automatic machine they offer.

Good location but bad service

Dirty rooms. Hotel crew not as typical thai . Working without smile. The general manager whoom i have complaint abt few things did not come back with answers . He had jut told me he will fire one of his staff.
I do not recomend this hotel st all .. Very much dissapointed.

Amazing hotel with fabulous pool and sandy beach

since the last time we stayed, the swimming pool has been completley re-styled (new tiles & wooden decking) and is fabulous ! the staff are the so helpfull and always greet you with a smile.
the bar in the pool is such a welcome relief from the hot sun and the restaurant serves excellent food.
what more can you want ?

I like location at this hotel, we stay at Superior Sea View was great view and location but small room and very simple room if compair to what we paid. By the way it very good breakfast then it okay if you will book this hotel type.
Staff also very friendly and service mind.
Restaurant Tip:
from the beach front you can walk to the restaurant which so many for you to select no need to walk along the street because will cant find it.

The staff could not do more, specially when our transport to leave did not turn up. No fuss to change our initial room as it was not suitable. The hotel is right on the best part of the beach.

Fabulous Hotel and location

even though the hotel is a large hotel it has the feel of a boutique one. it is in the best location on white sandy beach. the beach in front of the hotel was magnificent calm clear and beautiful white sand. we had three rooms two delux and a grande deluc. they all were excellent.the delux were roomy and had beautiful bathrooms. the sea view grande delux was well worth the money.it had a beautiful modern bathroom ensuite with a type of dressing room off it and the bedroom was large with lovely views over the pool and beach.it then had a living room that was extemely comfortable to accomadate the whole family. the staff were friendly and helpful and all needs were met and dealt with efficiently and quickly. loved the great breakfast overlooking the beach. only comment was that it could have more sunbeds available to use on the beach. overall would definately recommend it and would also stay again
Restaurant Tip:
For great food just walk down the beach from the hotel and you can have your choice of great food sitting on the beach any one of the restaurants.

this was a great resort in a great location. we could easily walk to shopping and restaurants. the rooms were clean and lots of great views. great pool. two negatives: the pool chairs and lack of service at the pool. the chairs were old and there weren't enough of them. if you didn't have a chair by 8am, then forget it. there was also very few on the beach outside the resort. the service at the pool was non-existent. if you could get a chair, there was no one to bring you anything to eat or drink. service in other parts of the resort was good, though.
