Beachfront location & awesome breakfast
1 of the best buffet breakfasts, very fresh, cooked to your liking. Spacious rooms, clean, right on the beachfront.

the only problem was that they gave my husband & i a room with 2 single beds, but once we requested a room with 1 double/queen bed they were very accommodating, so all good.
we also enjoyed a fantastic massage as the resort spa.

We had to wait a while for the booking to be confirmed evet though we brought the voucher from Agoda. The hotel had construction at the main swimming pool, so this was closed. I am sure that the hotel will be very nice once the pool maintenance is done. I also booked a room with garden view, but it was more a view to the parking lot, so we decided to upgrade to a sea-view room with jaccuzi. We had to pay extra for this.

Nice hotel , but there is a rock on the beach , my father's leg was cut by it when it was covered by water. The hotel should move it away or at least put a warning sign there .

Very Nice Hotel with good beach

the staff at the hotel are really nice and helpful.upon arrival, we didnt like the smell of the villa room and upon informing the desk , quickly we were moved to the deluxe room in the building.
the breakfast was good. nice restaurants and spa centre. spa centre is a bit expensive though.
the area occupied by the resort is big and hence it has nice spots within to relax and enjoy the charm of the sea.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Right next to the hotel is 7 x 11 shop, can buy necessary stuffs.
A bunch of restaurants are near by as well eg Steak House, Pizza Place, Indian restaurant, etc.

Fantastic Hotel on Magical White Sands Beach

We had a very enjoyable trip to Koh Chang, Thailand. The KC Grande was just great. The location is probably the best on the island having toured around during our stay. Really recommend the accomodation, they really do go the extra mile to make sure you stay is a memorable one. Lots of nice restaurants in the vacinity. The breakfast buffet that this hotel puts on is incredible. Very fresh and lots of choice.
We enjoyed it so much, we are going back to get married at The KC Grande next year.

unique situation , directly on the beach

to start with the positives: Unique location directly on the beach;the hotel garden with its variety of plants looks like a botanic study trail.
The hotel consists of an apartment block as well as many small "huts".
However, these are very small and the equipment is outdated.
So among other things a very small toilet / shower facility with occasionally bad smells from sewage.
Since we were in the low season, practically there was no beach service. (no lawn chairs, etc.)
The brackfast buffet was very rich and of good quality.
By European standards, the performance corresponds to a 3 star hotel; acceptable for the price, but not more .. Next time we will look for a - maybe a bit more expensive - but better hotel - it exists a sufficiently large competitive range.

For dinner, you feel better in one of the many small restaurants right on the beac

Lovely hotel, shame pool was closed!
Staff were very attentive, grounds of hotel were lovely to walk around and a great beach location.

we were initially disappointed to find the main pool closed when we arrived at the hotel. we had booked a number of months in advance and had not been made aware of this by agoda. luckily there was another small pool available but this pool provided no shelter for our young son so we could only use this early in the morning and in the late afternoon. had the other pool been opened shelter would not have been a problem. the staff at the hotel were very attentive and really helped us when our baby sterilizer broke! despite the pool closure we had a very enjoyable stay and would like to return again when the main pool is open.

quite simply the perfect romantic place. outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the beach. quiet, clean room. excellent service. the sauna was closed but they opened it just for us. amazing breakfast buffet. could make your own fruit smoothies. also tried the spa services as there was a promotion, and would recommend them to anyone as well.
