Fantastic Hotel and great location

The only problem with this Hotel was that we didn't spend longer there,We had a fantastic 3 days in Koh Chang and the Hotel and staff were first class.The food was a bit pricey but a good menu choice.The room we had was beautiful,Sea View Grand Deluxe room but lacked privacy due to the fact it was on the ground floor at the end of the block which was next to a public walkway,this meant when we used the Jacuzzi on the balcony everyone could get a good eyeball which was a bit uncomfortable.I would defiantly return to this Hotel as the pool is large and has fantastic views of the sea,my favourite Hotel so far with Agoda.

Great family getaway

Had a lovely time at the KC Grande. Our one year old daughter loved the beach and pools. Clean, good food, lovely sea view, grear staff. We would be happy to stay here again.

Could checkin around 10 am allready, booked a rooom with oceanview but it should be called roofview, they give us free upgrade to pool entrance.

The Hotel is very close to the beach and has a nice swimming pool, which is suitable for small children as well. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety.
Staff friendliness and guest service needs definitely some improvement for guests to decide to return back to this hotel again. I have given my recommendations to the hotel management after a very negative experience with the front desk staff. Staff has totally ignored a disturbing hygiene issue, which we have reported to the front desk without any corrective action attempts or apology from the hotel. This was our second stay at this hotel. We will not recommend this hotel again as we have done it this time and brought friends along with us to stay there.

Beautiful hotel on the beach, great food

We had a great stay. We did some sightseeing, which was arranged by the tour office at the hotel and they did a great job. We ate at several restaurants atthe hotel and had wonderful meals with beautiful views.
