Rooms very stained from bad plumbing, and we had the deluxe room! We had cockroaches, ants and other insects in our room. The aircon was leaking water over the floor. The staff spoke no English at all and seemed very uninterested in even saying a general "hello"! The swimming pool was closed for 3 of our 5 days stay with a small sign simply saying "cleaning in progress". I assume they simply couldn't be bothered to maintain it, so they closed it off instead. The buffet breakfast was also very poor with the bare minimum of choice with stale and crusty bread. We ended up leaving the hotel early every morning and returning only to sleep. Overall, this was supposed to be a decent resort with good facilities, but instead it was a complete disappointment! Stay at your own risk. There are many better and similarly priced hotels at 'white sand beach' area which is where everything is located anyway. I hope this review helps others avoid making our mistake.

Beautiful & cosy enviroment. Creates a relaxing mood. Very comfortable rooms but no proper amenities. Phone not working, Tv has only local programmes no cable connection. Wifi available only in lobby. Very little variety for breakfast.

das hotel liegt direkt im jungel!
es fährt ein shuttle zum strand, was vorher nicht angegeben war!! der letzte um 21.00 uhr. personal spricht kein wort englisch! die zimmer komplett verdreckt!
absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!!!

Nice Hotel with Muliple Pools

This hotel is very close to the ferry from the mainland, but it is quite a ways from the beaches and main sight seeing parts of the island. We rented a motorbike to get to the beaches, and it is about a 20-30 minute drive (And longer if you are going to more southern beaches). However, the hotel is nice and comfortable, good food at the restaurant, and very nice staff.

it's really close to ferry
it takes just 3 mins by walk
if you arrive Koh chang late, you can stay here..:)
the guy ( or boy) was kind
and the restaurant was pretty good
the only thing i don;t like was location
only 3 times free bus service / a day to white beach...
resonable price :) i like here !!

The hotel had not picked up our reservaton and we had to change rooms twice. The reception and restaurant staff are very disorganized and show little professionalism. Food is good except the breakfast buffet. Front office staff were rude and not very welcoming.

The hotel sits on the road and easy to find, very convenient for the ferry. A bit isolated so not ideal for the solo traveller. Staff very friendly and helpful at check-in. Hotel and garden areas very well presented with two very nice swimming pools. The rooms are reasonable but could do with a facelift,particularly the bathroom. The restaurant is reasonably priced and the food we had was well presented and very good. Very relaxing stay and would go again.
