the staff is wired.
The resort has their own beach,many restaurant and bars near by

The resort has the own beach,,but its in the busiest beach in koh Chang island , so many people in there,especially in the evening,so many desks and chair are setted on the beach,like the temporary restaurants ,the beach becomes a crowed street,so many bars are opened also,sonoisy even in the midnight .sounds like I was living in a city,not an island.

Breakfast mainly for asian taste and very slow in refilling pots and pans, no choices in bread or eggs, totally sweets and artificial juices, fruits must have been cut hours earlier, no continental style breakfast items to be found. If possible book this hotel without breakfast and walk along the street for better options. The rooms are clean but very "tired", old Thai-style wooden doors and windowframes which despearately needed new paint, mattrass good. Change of bedsheets every 2 days, towals daily. No beachtowals. Nice Balcony but no furniture, we took a small old wooden table, and a wooden- and a plastic chair to feel home on the balcony. (The only 2 chairs in the room) Very uncomfortable, no way good enough for a 3 star property.
My facit: perfect location, very nice and clean garden and beach area, but high time to do a lot of renovations inside.

The hotel is rather old. we could not sleep for 2 night (we stood only 3 nights). Management could not help us at all.

WE have only stayed one day because the double bed was a bit small for three of us, as we were with our 2 years old son, but the room was nice, staff was helpful and there was plenty of choices on the breakfast table. No swimming pool, but close to the see (the building is just over the main road)to the nightlife, shopping places. And the see shore is really good for small children too.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a pencake making man on the right hand side from the entrance of the hotel. He is the best on all Koh Chang in pancake making

For the third time we have stayed at Koh Chang lagoon resort and finally had the chance to book the honeymoon villa.
The location of this villa is perfect, sitting on the balcony you are 5 meters away from the water of the beach. The inside of the villa although was a little bit dissapointing. It seems that these villas are not kept in new condition and the bed was not the bed i expected in the honneymoon villa. Overall the location really made up for eveything. For the rest, the service, the food, the maintenance and everything else was as very good. This is the reason why we keep coming back every time. Recommended!!

Worst hotel I have had in all of Asia

Booked in lucky for 1 night ( 2 rooms 2 couples )as just arrived,check in after travel 6 hrs, a room with 2 single beds ,no t.v, ( no problem ) facing a side wall, shift to next room ! Paint on walls filthy ,so many holes in the bed linen again no tv. No way would I recommend this place .had some bigger rooms but the price for ours against them ? Move down the road better. Buyer beware.
