The infrastructure around the hotel is very complex, but the location is very private, so if you want to have good rest and a quiet stay, this is the place to be.
- Restaurant Tip : Good Italian restaurant across the street with chef Kok Ramess, very friendly people, still have contact with them.

This place is a good option, ticks a lot of boxes in terms of location and facilities but isn't caught up in it's own special-ness. I would stay here again, the beachfront room was actually beachfront!
- Restaurant Tip : Ka Ti Culinary restuarant further down Klong Phrao (take a taxi) has excellent Thai food and a cheery fun Thai cooking class (book ahead) max of 6 people at a time.
Great place

A little expensive given the quality of the rooms, but location and beach compensate for this.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walk to nearby plazas for food (Thai food at Abella is quite good), laundry (next to Abella), and tour arrangements (Coco Dee Bo was great and only a beach walk away northward). Bring a flashlight for safety if walking at night! Will also need insect repellant - it's a tropical island so mosquitoes are expected. MUST TRY IYARA Restaurant for the free firefly tour and excellent food (have reception call them for free transportation). Be sure to look out for the hotel on the way, our "taxi" driver almost missed it!
Very good holiday resort

The hotel is centrally located on the Island, and near to touristic places. Just buy one of these maps available almost everywhere (there is a shopping place about 5 minutes walking from the resort) and it'll show you everything.

There are free towels by the swimming pool - this is a big plus, especially if you know about it, and you then don't have to bring your own towel.
There is at fantastic spot to enjoy the sunset at the cliffs when you go northwest of the beach.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Elephant trekking in the jungle.
Beautiful place

Near to a very small local centre, with approximately 10 restaurants. Nightlife and shopping is not the focus for Paradise residents. The area is however in rapid development.
- Restaurant Tip : Recommend LayLay Restarant.

Get a room that does not abut the main road, too noisey. Check that your door is locked, as locking process is complicated.
- Restaurant Tip : Go to Iyara Restaurant, great food, free boat trip to see the fireflies.

Ask for a bungalow nera the pool if you travel with small children or if you are disabled (the garden is rather big and the houses look alike).
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go for a snorkling trip. The night fishing was nothing special, just ordinary angling from the boat, no big fishing.

- Restaurant Tip : Palm Beach Restaurant (5 minutes to walk along the beach), a very friendly family style and simple beach restaurant which serves excellent food at a very very reasonable price.
