goog situation on the beach, water clean have to wake up early on the morning to book the transit on the beach. not enough towels for all the clients staying in the hotel.. very very small rooms.. the best rooms are front beach first raw,you pay same price for third raw, but the third raw rooms are not same as first raw

Small, not very comfy rooms
Pool area on the other side of the street - bad!
Very slow area around the hotel, not many restaurants and shops We were actually quite disappointed when we arrived and checked in at this hotel. The reception area was nice, the beach at the hotel was also great, but the hotel felt a bit secluded from restaurants, bars and shops.
The room was very small, and not very fancy. For 2 adults and 2 children is was way too small.
Small bathroom as well.
One pool was situated in the hotel area, but in the shade. Another new bulit pool was situated on the other side of the street from the hotel- very inconvenient, especially with children.
I would not stay here again, and we moved after the first night, to a much nicer ( and cheaper) hotel in another area of Koh Chang.

Even though I reserved a room in the building, the staff tried to make me stay at the bungalow. Also, nobody cared about us when we went down to have breakfast a bit late. Most of them seemed to try to finish their job as soon as possible pretending as if they did not see us! I can understand Thai they were talking! They are not friendly at all.

We have a wonderfull holliday and would like stay here again.The staff were very kind and helpful and the breakfast very big and good. Clean rooms, new towels every day. Good service with the pool and beach. We had a perfect stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Boat tour with ThaiFun it was very nice.
