On arrival i upgraded to a deluxe with sea view.This was worth the extra money.The hotel is on the beach,with a nice pool and is surrounded by good restaurants,but try the seafood bbq at the hotel.It is wonderful !

Very good location, can eat on the white sand beach near the sea. Good seaview and people there are all very kind. The room is comfortable but the device in the room maybe not new since it is not a new hotel. In general, it's very pleasant to stay there.

Perfect location and hotel
Good pool. It's right on the beach. Staff very helpful. Opposite seven eleven and near the night market.

With two young children this place was perfect. The pool is great (assuming they are confident in the water) and the beach clean. There were a lot of jellyfish in the sea but they were small and not a problem. The sea is shallow for a long way out.
Eating out in Koh Chang is expensive compared to mainland towns but the small roadside evening market is sensibly priced; and having a 7-Eleven opposite is useful too.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There are a variety of snorkeling trips available. Full day Big boat trip, full day smaller boat trip, and a half-day speed boat trip, We have done all three and unless you are happy spending hours on slow boat on one of the full-day trips, I would suggest the speed boat. It's the same price, just about, and a lot easier if you have small children capable of getting bored.

Great hotel and friendly staff.
In the evening you can sit on the Beach and enjoy BBQ sea food. It's fantastic

had a really great stay in mac.
the bathroom was a bite small and with no place for soap and shampoo. it had a window between the shower and the bedroom. that was a bite wired.
but all in all a great room and good location.
Restaurant Tip:
the hotel bbq on the beach. great and fresh sea food.

i stayed with my freind three days. the hotel located in whitesand beach enter. so hotel location, breakfast, view was good and all the staff was kind, but the restaurant next to hotel 'sabai bar' had a played show so a little bit loud at night. but i was ok, i liked it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
klong plu waterfall was very good, was far away about 7km. you can rent motorcycle, take 20 min.

The hotel is located on the beach in a good area of town. The restaurant on the best has the best seafood. Take time to enjoy a relaxing massage with there friendly staff. The rooms are very nice and modern. Take a swim in there beautiful pool.

i thought this was a great hotel couldn't get any closer to the beach literally only steps away the staff were all extremely friendly and the restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was great and there was a great range of dishes to choose from. i loved that you could eat your dinner on the beach just feet from the sea. only small problem was some renovation work was being done while i stayed which meant there was some noise early in the morning

the hotel was having repairs doing to it,the room given to me
was upgrade.the room had dirty walls very tired looking not nice
at tall.the breakfast was not very good.

Good small hotel on White Sand Beach, great staff, rooms ok, cleaning very good, breakfast also good, pool area rigth next to the beach. I got the best massage ever by the pool, the lady was so good, and knew how to help me with my back pain.

Awesome View

We will come back. Great help from the employees. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was included and it was the best breakfast that we had in either Thailand or Cambodia. The evening dinners, seated at a table on the beach, were an amazing collection of Thai food and Seafood. Order fromm the menu or the boat. You cannot go wrong. Very helpful waitstaff.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This restaurant was awesome.
The 4 island snorkeling was really well done. Awesome coral and fish.
