The staff were amazing, the grounds are perfect and the rooms are well appointed. We loved this hotel! The staff are beyond helpful, they really go to great lengths to make your stay awesome. The grounds are beautiful, the plant life is meticulously maintained and there is an artificial river that really brings the place to life. We felt cosseted the whole stay and were both well fed and well taken care of. Brilliant hotel! p.s. don't worry about the location - the hotel rents out scooters for 200 Baht a day and then you can really explore the island which is magical!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Get a scooter and start exploring, if you stay in one spot you will really miss out.

Not near the beach
Air-conditioning was slow to cool room on a very hot day.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was cooked to order and was very good. The rooms are adequate and good value for money but will need upgrading in the next couple of years as the air conditioning struggled against the heat and the TVs should be replaced with flat-screen.
The hotel is not located near a beach but there is a regular shuttle car to take you to one. The location is good otherwise, not to far to drive to either the busy White Sands Area or in the other direction many smaller resort areas. Also near the most picturesque waterfall. Overall a good value for money hotel particularly if you have your own transport.

hotel guest should not give 500 bht for deposit while take beach towel used outside hotel it is a beautyful resort, good atmospherre that you can spend your holiday with your couple or family.hotel provide free shuttle to waterfall & beach nearby daily. there are variety of choices for buffet breakfast (American & Thai food)for mini bar, the price is reasonable not too expensive,swimming pool is open 24 hours which is no lifeguard.no bahtub in toilet. the staff always smile.
