Very Far but private beach front resort

Resort was very lovely and private. It's quite far from the city (30KM from Pier) and the road was quite tough, only 4-wheel road recommended. One bad thing is that the food service was very BAD, don't even try to order food in the resort.

Le beach is one of the best we have found in Koh Chang: quiet, few people, good send, but stones beneath water.
The *villas" are adequate, but the service minimal. Fight to get a lying chair at the beach

We loved our stay here. Once you get there - it is a long rough road to get there -you enter a truly relaxing, peaceful and beauitful beach environment. We found the room nicely serviced and very plesant.

Lonely but in walking distance to the city

Very nice clean bungalows, just on the beach, very good restaurant and services. Rent a motorbike. Kayoee for free to sail to close deserted beach. In walking distance to the city of Bang Bao. Long beach where you can find a lot of bars and restaurants in 10 min walk. No bad comments at all.

Lovely rustic feel resort with bungalows on the beach. Very relaxing. Food was great, bungalow clean and had all mods and cons. Staff wonderful and extremely helpful
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Visit the Fishing Village on stilts and experience a culinary sea food delight. If you enjoy snorkling then dont miss the boat by not going on one of the Island snorkling cruises.

Great place for getaway!

The resort locates in "Bang Bao" very far from ferry pier. You need more than 1 hour driving. However, the resort had very relaxing, peaceful atmosphere.
The rooms were good. Great for couples who need private, quite place.

If you’re looking for relaxation and tranquillity, this is the place. the location is a little difficult to find, but that is really a plus, as it keeps the hordes of backpackers away.

If you want to be close to the nature, this is the place.

when we first got there it was a bit of a surprise. to get to this place you literally have to go further for about 15 minutes after the end of the main road. so it takes 40-50 minutes in total from the pier to this place. bringing your own car is not recommended, unless you have a pick-up truck, as there isn't a proper road there. the overall accommodation was okay. although we booked a standard room, we were upgraded to a garden view one without charge. but unfortunately, the roof was leaking and the room is not so clean. the beach is nice, you can walk along and find a few local restaurants and bars. the last bar on the beach is recommended. the food at the hotel is not good (including breakfast) and a bit expensive as well.
so, if you are looking for a peaceful and quite place closing to the nature, and far away from people, this place has all the answers.
Travel tip:
Bring some water and snacks because it's not so convenient to come out and the hotel doesn't provide any free drinking water.
