Found on the tranquil end of Krabi in Koh Jum Island, the property is situated between Koh Lanta and Krabi Town offering a reprieve from the crowd that normally storms the area. Boasting cottages snuggled amongst the foliage; this resort is a nature’s lover dream. Each of the bamboo cottages has been positioned to face the sea providing a spectacular view of the Island. Spacious and clean they almost blend in harmoniously with nature yet once inside offers all the comfort of modern living. There are water sports for the active vacationers and indoor massage facilities for those on a relaxing holiday.
Please be informed that Railay Beach is not accessible via the mainland and unfortunately there is NO free transfer service to Railay Beach. Longtail Boat services are available but will be subject to the tide cycles. Please contact Agoda customer service who will be happy to help you arrange the transfer with the hotel.

Isolated Relaxing Paradise

The Koh Jum resort is gorgeous, located on a hill leading down to the beach. It was great for a three night stay with my girlfriend. We went in early May, and the weather was very nice. Most of the other resorts in the area were closed due to it being the offseason, so it was very quiet and remote.
The hotel itself was difficult to get to. We arranged for the hotel to pick us up from the airport, which I would definitely recommend, although it costs about $100 per group. Once on the island, there is not a whole lot to do. The resort restaurant had very good food, which was good because there was not anywhere else to go. The pool was small but pretty nice. The beach on Koh Jum is not the greatest, it is pretty rocky which prevents much swimming in the ocean. Also, at high tide there is no real beach.
One of our concerns going in was that there was no A/C. However, it cooled down at night and there were several fans that kept it comfortable. It is also listed as not having any hot water, but our room had a hot water heater for the shower which was nice. Overall, this was a great place to go for three nights as a couple. Very relaxing, but not a lot to do. Children could easily get bored without paying extra to do day trips.

We enjoyed very much being here. Beach is beautiful, but rocky in low tide, good to walk around though. Bamboo cottage was small and too simple for a couple with 2 small children, but at the end it got kind of diluted in all the rest. Staff is very nice.
