Good service for Thailand ! When the tide comes in you can't see the rocks in the sea but its only a 50 meter walk along the beach to rock free water. When the tide is out the rocks are a feature but a hazard if you don't know about them when you arrive at the Hotel over all a very chilled place with a super beach and nice pool area. In fact, the pool area is probably the best on that beach, having had a look at what the other hotels had to offer. I think we could have paid less talking to other guests but in the grand scheme of thing it isn't not out of the way. Be sure to get a room with sea/garden view, its worth it. It's only 3 mins to the shopping centre so that's a plus, and only costs 50 Bart in a TukTuk. Plenty of restaurants on the beach, if you want to drift from the hotel on a night time; with colourful lighting and themes.

- Good price range.
- Has nice pool.
- Next to the beach.
- Hotel provided pick-up at the pier. - Room was rundown and not maintained.
- Jacuzzi wasn't on nor clean, and staff did not respond to our request to use it.
- Motorcycle rental was pricey, even with cheaper choice right across the street.
- Breakfast buffet is same as everywhere: cold food, warm beverage, nothing unique.
Although we only used hotel for relaxing when not out, we were still a bit unhappy. The "queen" bed was actually two twin beds slid together. Not comfortable for a couple in love! Staff was not attentive when needed, even to a Thailand native.
Restaurant Tip : Don't miss "Thai Cuisine" and "Red Snappers" restaurants for a great meal. Go early, around 5 or 6 PM. The hotel recommended Dreamy Spa for a massage, but we were not happy there. One of us is Thai and the Thai massage was the same as every spot on the street or beach -- not worth the extra expense.

I think everything was good. Can't walk to the resort from the pier I would rate this place as GOOD; especially the service was excellent since I bough day trip from a tour but on one came to pick me up with the appointment. The resort manager contacted to confirm the appointment with the tour. This happened again on the next day and he did the same. I'm impressed with his service mind.
