Andaman Lanta Resort, Koh Lanta (Krabi)

This hotel is good with nice staff and a good restaurant. There are too much families with children. Because there isn't any sunbeds on the beach you have to be at the pool with all the screaming children. Me and my husband changed hotel after 3 nights too Lanta Palace Resort..no children and sunbeds on the beach. We rented a motorbike and explored the island, there isn't so much traffic.

Not a bad choice, especially if you've got kids as the pool is good. However avoid this one if you're after some peace and quiet. Breakfast was adequate, but the staff seem a little stressed. Klong Dao Beach offers a variety of restaurants and shops, and is probably one of the best places to hire a car or bike.

This hotel isn't bad, but for the price that you pay you could get something better. If you're after peace and quite you won't get it here as there are too many families with kids and it makes it too noisy in and around the pool. The rooms are not bad though and the location of the hotel is right on the beach which is nice.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und der Service ist unprofessionel und nicht sehr freundlich. Standardzimmer sind nicht zu empfehlen, da diese gegen die Strasse sind und frontal gegen ein Bungalow stehen. Die Lage des Hotels macht vieles wieder wett. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ok. Frühstückbuffet ist auch in Ordnung.

The hotel would be okay during the high season, but when we visited we were the only guests! This would not have been a problem were it not for the fact that all the facilities other than the swimming pool were closed, the hotel 'handyman' took our breakfast order, and proceeded to climb a ladder and dangled above our heads painting the celing whilst we were eating breakfast! His family were sat outside the kitchen with their screaming children, so we felt as though were completely imposing which was rather bizzare. The communal areas were dirty, our room appeared clean but had a terrible smell of sewers in the bathroom at night. There are other hotels in the area for comparable prices which are far nicer.

Restaurant staff were really friendly and nice.

This is like Benidorm but in the south of Thailand. Go further south, more exclusive hotels.

Gillar man kackerlackor på rummen dålgt vatten tryck eller inget vatten alls i dushen och bara kalvatten pluss en pool som är så skitig att man inte kan se botten ens på det grundaste stället skall man välja Andaman Lanta resort. Jag och min familj fick nog efter två nätter och flyttade till ett annat hotel i Ao nang.

You can request to resort to arrange pick up from the pier when you arrive and you can arrange a land transfer with the resort also. Quite good service.

Bungalow oder Zimmer ab Deluxe Rooms ok. Standard Rooms meines Wissens Richtung Strasse!
