Steve B. Solo travelers New Zealand, February 19, 2013	Blue Andaman Lanta Resort has a nice pool 2.7 Poor facilities, poor staff, poor management. Find somewheee else to stay. Travel tip: Loy massage just down the lane is far better and cheaper. Other food places in the area much better.
Shiri S. Families with young children United Kingdom, January 23, 2013	Not the best bungalow in Koh Lanta Great pool! 4.7 The bamboo bungalow is very basic and we paid less for better ones. There we massive holes in the floor and lots of insects. We found what looked like fleas in our bed. The mosquito net protects from mosquitos, cockroaches (there we a few) etc but not fleas. The other rooms - in actual solid buildings - should be better. The pool is great and has a small section for younger children which was fantastic. The staff were very unfriendly and the food at the resort restaurant disappointing. The location is ok if you like Klong Khong and there's a great cheap and cheerful restaurant (Danny's or similar) on the small road leading to the Blue Andaman - recommended! We left after 2 nights to a bungalow in the much quieter and family friendlier Klong Nin beach further south.
Johan E. Families with young children Denmark, January 07, 2013	Horrible hotel - unfriendly staff Nothing 3 Pool was broken and my children all cut their feet and toes. Restaurant food was not good and the staff was terribly unkind and the opposite of service minded. I don't think anyone at that hotel knows about the word service. No cleaning of the room unless you ask for it.
