we stayed only one night on our way from lipe to phi phi. we are sure coming back next time if we want to spend more time on lanta. hotel area is nice and the staff was very friendly.

This was the first time my boyfriend and I had been to Koh Lanta, so we didn't know what to expect. But the hotel is very beautiful. Koh Lanta is pretty quiet, good for a bit of shopping, but best to enjoy the hotel.

Amazing Hotel for romantic holiday!

We stayed here for 11 nights our stay was simply wonderful!
Why we liked it:
- excellent room. Can highly recommend the poolside rooms and gazebo. We didn't have a poolside, but that didn't bother us. Great balcony with sofa & sunchair.
- amazing pool. Stay on the side where you have the poolside rooms, much calmer
- awesome setting & views
- wifi in rooms (free), as well as DVD player
- free bikes, handy to use to get around the island
- nice staff. They really do their best to make sure your stay is good.
- Happy hour by the pool, excellent cocktails
- Nice breakfast with awesome view of the sea
- Close to city & infrastructure
The improvement points:
- restaurant prices were really expensive for the island.
Restaurant Tip:
Go down the beach to find many restaurants with good food and at a fraction of the price. Twin bay (2 resorts down) is really good.

Great service and lovely place
A range of facilities (2 fairly large pools, gym, free internet, facilities looked new), great views from the Peak during breakfast, widespread breakfast, attentive staff

Overall stay was good! The hotel is a lil way from the town of Saladan (100 Baht tuk-tuk ride) and the shuttle service is a lil infrequent, but most of the hotels along the beach are in the same situation and the location gives the hotel a quiet environment to relax in. Only other thing was there was quite a bit of climbing up and down steps to get to the breakfast place or to use the other pool due to the hilly environment the hotel is set in, but without that there wouldn't be great views of the surrounding areas either.

Amazing Hotel
The unbelievable pool for the access rooms.

We had a great stay at this hotel, the pool access room was nice, very clean and modern. There are two pools in the hotel, on for the access rooms and one further up the hill for the larger rooms (of course you can use either). The access pool was amazing you really cant tell the size of it from the photos
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
For shopping we went to Saladin which is where you arrive on the island, we hired a moped from the hotel was a little bit more expensive from them compared to the local rental places but it meant we picked it up form reception and dropped it off the same also for the extra 100 baht a day we new there would be no problems on returning it (have heard some horror stories about damage scams). You simply must rent a car or moped on Lanta it is so much fun and we always felt safe.

exelet relaxing. we have 2 rooms with pool acces (can recomend this if you have children)pool are the biggest one we have see and werry lazy just toopen your balcony door and jump in the pool. the peak restaurang have good food, the staff is not 4 ,1/2 star hotel that you can expect but the are learning by doing.
Restaurant Tip:
We was eating at hotel and in side Saladan at Green Frog good wine seller and food.
