Nice hotel, nice view, nice keepers

we stayed there only one night and had a great time. keepers are always willing to help you with their best smile! you can rent a scooter at the hotel and see the island...
the only bad point is that they are located on the east cost where there aren't any sandy beach...

Lovely staff and great location in the Old Town

The owner of the hotel came and picked us up on the other side of the island after a frustrating interaction with the mini van driver from Trang. From there on everything was smooth and easy, checking in right away, getting a moto rental right away, heading into the old town. Old Town was a bit boring as we were looking to relax on the beach but the view from the restaurants right on the water was amazing! Breakfast in the morning was great as they let you choose what you want off the menu, and the food was good. The staff is fun and very sweet. The accommodations were okay, our room was a bit noisy as there were open-screened windows at the top of the wall and it was the main hall of the building.

we received very friendly & helpful service so we enjoyed our stay & would recommend.
it was a good place to stay to enjoy the atmosphere of the old town & for a break from the beach but still be close enough to the tourist attractions.
the food & coffee at the hotel was good.
Restaurant Tip:
The next restaurant from the hotel away from the pier, had great thai cuisine with generous servings - try the pineapple fried rice & the panang curry!
