Disappointing
Close to the beach, nice swimming pool and has a nice indoor play room for kids.

First of all, I heard a lot about Krabi and how wonderful it is. We booked the hotel in the rainy season so we did not get to swim in the ocean at all. The hotel receptionist was really nice and helpful but the staff at the restaurant was unfriendly and the food was horrible and expensive. We were there for 3 days and one day of two the electricity was cut off so we sat in heat because it was raining so hard outside so we could not go swimming. It was not fun to sit in the house with 3 kids without air-conditioning. Anyway, it is a kids friendly resort but don't go there in the low season because all you can do is swimming in the pool. Don't eat at the restaurant in the hotel. Personally I think Phuket has prettier beaches and people friendlier as well.
