It's very peaceful and luxury with large beautiful swimming pool. staffs are kindness but always take advantage from customer, such as transportation charge they didn't give more information to customer and offer for more expensive services.
Shopping Tip : If you want to save cost, you should be hire a motorcycle near the hotel for travel around Lanta Island instead of use hotel service.

Swimming pools, the room - great space, amazing balcony with seaviews Very expensive food and drink, no atmosphere (we were there at the end of April) We were after a bit of luxury after being on a budget for a while and found a great deal for an Emerald Suite at Cha-da. The room itself was great - huge, beautiful pool/seaview, and the bathroom was immaculate. It was the end of the high season so the place was deserted - with no atmosphere, perfect if you want peace and quiet. Although the swimming pool & beach rules are a tad strict. Best to hire a scooter and get around to the village and the lower part of the island on that. The beach here is not very nice - head to the Southern beaches.
Restaurant Tip : Head elsewhere to eat - the food is average and very over priced.

swimming pools, friendly staff, Breakfast, drinks at pool bar Nice set up especially pools areas, very friendly staff from the cleaners to the receptions. Pools might be the selling point here with the nice set up but drinks quality at pool bar is a bit poor compared to the price and others hotels. Hotel room is good but you can get a heaps nicer somewhere else on the island at the same rate.

Superb Pool Access rooms.
Beautiful beach
Well informed/ helpful staff Breakfast - very busy/ not enough space at buffet/ should have more than 1 toast machine This is our second visit to the ChaDa beach Resort and it has once again surpassed our expectations. The rooms are just fabulous, big and well appointed and it is great to have a pool access room. We made use of this on a daily basis. It is also in an excellent location with many restauranrs/ pubs within easy walking distace. Also a small shopping mall just a few minutes away. If you want something livlier - Saladan is a 5-7 minute taxi drive away. Loved the hotel!!!
Restaurant Tip : Take a taxi to the top of the beach and eat at the Slow Down Restaurant....very vibey and good prices.

Good location - quiet beach
Fantastic rooms
Beautiful Pool Breakfast service ends too soon - should go on to 1030 Cha-Da Beach resort Hotel is a well run pleasing place to spend 1 week. The rooms are large with all amenities that you need and more than any other hotel I have stayed in. The bonus is when you book a pool-access room....very special as you can enjoy a swim anytime with very little hassle.
Staff are very accommodating and always there to help or advise. Excellent hotel-run taxi service which we used several tiomes to various locations.

Room, location, friendly and service minded staff, breakfast. All additional service in the hotel including the restaurant, massage, laundry is completely overpriced. This is a nice place located close to the beach, friendly staff, good breakfast and great room. We stayed 6 nights in a silver room facing the pool- excellent no mosquitoes. The hotel is crowded with families. But even a couple can enjoy the stay. We rented a Vespa and headed south to more beautiful and charming beaches. From the hotel it takes about 10 min to the city of Saladan where there are good fish restaurants. It takes about 1 hour to reach the charming beaches in the south.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Rent a moped for your stay, at 750 baht it ends up being cheaper than catching tuk tuk everywhere.

Landscape of hotel needs more attention, we were missing flowers and fruits.
Travel tip : Good for families and for Swedish (animation), good Thai restaurant beside hotel at the beach, Mo's Restaurant at the opposite of Twin Lotus Hotel with very good food.

Great service very helpful in any relationship. Very high Standart.Tägliche beach cleaning, overall a very clean hotel. Directions from the airport long Krabi normal 2 hours in high season, but also twice as long because of the small ferries Since Mid-season, were of course not all the restaurants open throughout the plant were smaller and larger repairs made, with great attention was that the guests were not disturbed, as in any instance of white war.Ganz General had the feeling absolutely welcome to be and the entire staff was a "striking a very special guest.
