the hotel itself is beautiful, large room, great pool!!! The food was the worst we ate in thailand, the staff were more involved in their phones/iPads then service. we paid $100/night and felt it was WAY over priced. also only have free internet at one of the restaurants and no where else... i feel that when i pay so much i shouldn't have to sit on the steps of a restaurant to use wifi.... also they didnt have a free pick up from the ferry station.

We enjoyed our stay at Cha-Da. Staff (all of them) speaks english and understands it. They are also very helpful. The pool areas (2) are enormous and well maintained. They also have an area (about 4x4m) in the pool with sunroof for babies . Breakfast was great (they even had fresh sushi on the table). Skandinavian: they have baby chairs from Ikea. :) It was a bit difficult to climb to the 2nd floor with the baby stoller, but they also have rooms with pool axcess on the 1st floor and villas in the garden. So, great hotel, great staff, great food and it didn't rain.

Good resort close to the beach. Be aware that the hotel is full of families with small children, so there is quite a lot of noise at breakfast. The bed are very hard to sleep on. No free wifi in the rooms.

the hotel is conveniently located with a private beach access. the hotel complex is large including an two pool site. one of the two pools is about 100m long and allows extenisve lengths of swimming. the hotel is well frequented and has a family friendly atmosphere.

management and staff were friendly and helpful. room was fantastic. over all this is a very nice hotel, for couples and families, everything was excellent except for the food from room service, it was terrible and bit expensive for how it tasted!

Awful hotel. Very hard beds and in general the hotel is shabby. In our room there was blood on the wall. Terrible restaurant but next to the hotel there's a good one.
