dirty, bad hospitality, leaky sinks, broken safe, rude staff, disgusting breakfast included in room dirty rooms, rude service, so so overpriced! we found a better room with a better location and better restaurant, with a nicer pool and cleaner beach for HALF the price! We also called ahead to arrange for a ride from the hotel, which sent a man in his own truck who tricked us into paying him, saying the hotel would not be sending a ride for us. in the morning, they served our breakfast which was included in the room rate. i asked for eggs with no meat and explained i'm vegetarian, they brought an "omelet" with sausage bits in it. the toast was unedible, and the coffee tasted like windex.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : the longest stretch of beach with good hotels and restaurants is klong nin, and the nicer rooms get as low as 300 baht per night. be very wary and careful of the excursions you book through any hotel!! we got scammed

Lovely hotel on the beach with lovely poolside loungers.
Cozy bungalows.
Very good value. No good restaurants nearby.
Food is only ok in the restaurant (breakfast buffet was ok, but the fruit/cooked food was left uncovered..) We really enjoyed our time at Lanta Palace. There was good internet access. We got a free upgrade. Our bungalow was very comfortable and cozy with very good air-conditioning. It was very clean and the rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard with complimentary water provided. The shower was hot. The poolside loungers were very comfortable and there was a good number of umbrellas. The bar/restaurant wasn't great, and it was difficult to find restaurants nearby and expensive to get to/from the main town. Very good value on agoda.
Restaurant Tip : Turn right to find the restaurants. The travel agent across the road on the right hand side was extremely helpful during our stay when we were arranging a transfer to Langkawi.

Right by the sea, friendly staff No soap for handwashing in the sink! Very nice location. Bungalows in a jungly garden next to the beach. The hotel restaurant was good but there were also plenty of good cheap eating places within walking distance. It was nice not to be pestered by hawkers on the beach - there were a few but they did not persist if you said no thankyou.

Habitación confortable, y muy limpia. Entorno agradable. Playa solitaria y muy bonita. La distancia desde Ko Lanta. Ressort muy aconsejable por su entorno, con jardines de orquideas, y bella playa con poca gente, justo a continuación de la piscina del hotel. Bellos atardeceres. Bonitos espectáculos por la noche en el mismo hotel, en especial el del fuego y bailarinas. Habitación confortable y muy limpia. Personal muy amable. Puedes conectarte a internet de pago.

Quiet and close to the beach. Sometimes bad water press and breakfast was not always hot. Wonderful place close to the beach. Nice pool bar and restaurant. A lot of restaurant not far away. Quiet and peaceful. Just what want when you are in Thailand. Very nice garden and a beautiful orchid plantation in the hotel garden. Clean and good beds. Function of air con was very good. Will came back

The beach was not kept clean at all. It could be really beautiful but there was no attempt to make it that way and so people didn't try to keep it that way. Also the swimming pool was the same. It was very windy when I was there though so I can see why it would be hard to keep it clean.

Great hotel to stay at, request for a beach view room. It was more than what I would have expected, other than the breakfast. But everything is wonderful, well recommended!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Rent a motorbike, and you will get to experience everything. Don't forget to go to all the small roads, as you can see small stalls that sell items at a cheaper price. And also just eat by the roadside, it's clean and cheap as well.

Restaurant Tip : There is a good coffee shop and bar attached to the luxury hotel next door. It's just at the top of the lane that leads to Lanta Palace.

Swimming pool facing the sea, calm. Some showers are available in the aisles to rinse their feet before entering the bungalows. Small bungalows near the sea, very pleasant quiet. Beautiful garden and planting orchids. Outside the many cheap hotel restaurant. Clean and good litterie. Air-conditioned room. Rent a scooter to go around the island (it's quick and there is not too much traffic that is not dangerous). Be careful when you rent the scooter that is in good condition (tires properly inflated) Outside of the hotel accommodations are less expensive.

Rooms are clean, private balconies with a natural back Rooms from not too far a walk to the beach. Rocks at the beach much water does not splash. Room with a lizard on the page do not like.
