We spent total of 4 nights. Staff was helpuful but sometimes helpless :) Our toilet had some issues that couldn't be fixed.

Very helpful staff that fixed anything you needed. The bungalow was excellent. Quiet location, rent a motorbike at the hotel and look around the island. Recommended.
While we had no kids with us, the resturant personel seemed to do a great job with the kids present!

Worst hotel and beach we have visited in Thailand

Worst stay of our trip. The beach is full of rocks and not good for swimming or sightseeing. The management is unpleasant and often rude. There is constant noise either from the restaurant if you are close to the beach or from the road (if you are not). Rooms are ugly, smelly (toilet) and not clean (we had biting ants all over our bed).

Location is super good, in the centre of everything. 7/11 is near the hotel, lots of restaurants aroung the hotel.

The hotel is far away from the main peer, no wify in the rooms- only in public area, the rooms are big and the restaurant is good. There is a seven eleven 5min walk away from the hotel.

disappointing, had no water on last day.
food and staff was/were ok. location was poor.

overall ok but the breakfast let them down. it was just about ok but it was mean. we noticed that if your package included breakfast you got a much smaller glass of juice than others. we are talking here of a few baht. would not recommend this hotel to anyone else
