This small, friendly family run hotel is in northern Klongnin Beach, is surrounded by gardens and a good starting point to explore the area. The rooms have either sea or pool views from the balcony or patio, and are cozy and neatly furnished. Nearby day trips include Tanod Cape, filled with palm trees and stunning vistas, Sang Ka to visit the sea gypsies, and Klong Dao, a beautiful beach, three kilometers of white sand and clear, shallow water. Other excursions can be arranged for snorkeling, scuba diving, elephant trekking, and kayaking. The hotel’s restaurant has plenty of fresh seafood and served in the Thai style, European, or American. Dinner here is a treat watching the beautiful sun set over the water.

Nice resort wif a little pool

one of the best i've been. Beach and restaurant just across the street, Good halal food available at the restaurant, 1st time i ate local thai dishes served without birds eye chilli!
Room is fairly big, nice bed but the toilet door was stuck, couldnt close it properly. The shower head holder was dangling upside down.
The best part was the beach, right at the restaurant. Evening ambience is spectacular as sun sets.
Amenities are nearby. 7-11 just round the corner.
Restaurant Tip:
local thai dishes is good.

We arrived after a 20 minutes transfer by Motorbike tuktuk. We had a booking confirmation by agoda but the hotel was fully booked and therew was no room for us available. The owner told us, that Agoda never confirmed. Surprisingly she organized us another room close to her hotel without fee where we stayed the first night. The second night we spend at seaview and overall i would rate it as avarage. They had huge trouble to orghanize enough towles for all guests. The owner is quiet friendly but she manages almost all by herself so better plan some extra waiting minutes.

Nice people - disappointing rooms

we had a very good time here. we cannot say a bad word about the staff that was very friendly and helpful. the restaurant made a very good thai food and we liked to eat there (although we were also visitng ocean seafront restaurant nearby). the location is very nice and the fact that you had to cross the road to get to the restaurant and the beach was not a problem at all.
however, basing on the price and the reviews at agoda and the trip advisor we expected a bit more from the 3.5 star hotel. the room we got first night was stinky. the one we spent the following 7 was a bit better but our advice for the hotel is to make a greater effort to keep the rooms clean.
so generally - good place to spend time if you do not have to high requirements as regards the cleanliness.
