I have never been so dissapointed about a hotel before. very diry, bad management, very bad service.
We did not use our private pool because it was too dirty and everything else in the villa/room vas very dirty and the pump to the pool run all night, so we couldnt sleep because of so much noise. We complained every day- 7 times, but the manager just said sorry every day, and when we left the palce, they just said very sorry for your inconvience. The manager couldnt look me in the eye and he didnt say goodbuy when we left, he just walked the other way and said nothing.
Travel tip:
dont ever go there!!!

Could have been à great hotel, but it's not!

The staff can't understand or speak english.
At first it was charming but after a while and many, it was irritating and we got frustruatat!
The cleaning in the room was so bad, even after telling the staff that they should clean up old cigaretts (we are non smokers) after earlier guests...they were still there egen we left 2 weeks later!
Not ones in our 2 weeks, did they cleaned the pool...not good!
I'm sorry to say...don't go there!!!!

We stayed for 2 night and we enjoy the stay there because the room is big & clean.It's located far from the main road and it would take around 20min to walk.Suggest you rent a motorcycle or hire a tuk tuk to travel around.Maladee restaurant opposite Pilanta offer alot of variety & reasonable price,i did tried others & they don't taste as good as theirs.Try to be early (630-730Pm) else you would have to wait for a table.

a compact resort

look this is a compact resort,the rooms are all gathered together in one area,so it becomes a bit lacking in the privacy area,blinds remain down and curtains closed as everyone can see what you are doing in your rooom,and people tend to look in as they walk by.Thus the room remains very dark.Breakfast was not much as it was cold most mornings.On the other hand the staff were brilliant and we had good fun with our cleaners.For the rate paid,its not to bad,don't expect a sea view. Restaurant across road,lovely people great food.
Shopping Tip:
saladin village just up the road from resort,nice little place for shopping and eating,had good food in black pearl restaurant,and the staff were very friendly.

Very good customer services, I got the best room that I have ever imaged. The best hotel in my trip to Krabi.
Recommend to stay here while touring around Krabi and easy to go any islands.

Stayed only for a day and we had a good time at this lovely resort. The room was spacious and the bathroom was big aswell. Good deal and great value for your money, dont have much negative to say other than that staff could been more prepared for our arrival since we did not get our room before 2:30 pm.

Fantastic resort in a quiet location

this was by far the swankiest room we stayed in during our trip. it was huge compared to the others, with our own private "pool" off of the bathroom. the bed was super comfy and the jacuzzi tub was a great touch. i might be biased by the whole koh lanta experience however....by far my most favorite location of the trip.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Spend some time here! Way more laid back than any of the other beach locations we checked out.

Nice room but very badly maintained

This accomodation supposed to be highligt of our stay on Lanta.
First impression was very good but shortly afer we found out that reality is much different. Our sink in the bathroom was leaking and although we ashed several times to fix it it didnt change for the duration of our stay so we were constantly walking in a water when entering the bathroom. I doubt that they fixed it after we left. There is a fountain and water circulation in a private pool which stopped working shortly after our arrival. We asked several times at the reception to fix the problem but it was not working only after last evening before out departure. Do not expect clean water in your private pool. We asked at the reception to send someone to clean the pool. Shortly after there was a guy comming apparently using hidden entrance to our private pool area. It came as a big unpleasant surprise while sitting at the toilet (there is a glass wall between pool and bathroom). During our stay we also experienced power blackout which lasted whole day folowing by day without internet connection. As we discovered some blood stains (not ours) on our bed linen we put the sign on the bed "please change our bed linen". As a result the room service didnt changed the bed linen, what more they turn the sign upside down where it was written something like "We help to save environment do not change bed linen". Room service also never refilled our bathroom accesories during whole duration of the stay, and they once forget to give us toilet paper so we were forced to look for other solutions. If you are doubting whether to stay here or not I can highly recconend to choose any other place. This hotel is just one big dissapointment.

We enjoyed our stay but have to say that upkeep and service were not as high as we would have thought. The pool seemed dirty and we had a difficult time getting our room cleaned well. The desk staff were nice and accommodating, very helpful with most things.
Breakfast was also a let down as a mediocre at best buffet every morning that didn't begin until 8. The kitchen also closed at 8pm so it was hard to get a dinner unless you went across the street to the restaurant there. Had we known that the food there was as good as it was, we would have never eaten at the hotel to begin with!
Google maps also makes it difficult to see where this hotel is. It's not on the beach and although it's close, it takes a good 15 min to walk to the end of Klong Dhao beach from here. The resort does offer a free shuttle van to the beach but only between 10 and 4 every day.
This resort is great for sitting around by the pool and enjoying quiet relaxation but cleanliness and convenience were areas that it left something to be desired.
