Beach is packed full of cheap looking bars, all pretty much empty. No real "spiritual vibe" in that bay. For that kind of magic head down to the south west of the island... particulary to Pimalai if you can afford it or Baan Resort in the same bay but half the price (and a 10th of the luxury!)
- Restaurant Tip : Saladan Pier - turn left, 2nd restaurant on the right (the first one with fish and a bar-b-q outside) packed, cheap, great staff and amazing food!
