We will keep coming back to Koh Lanta.
Location, resort is well in tune with nature and surroundings and staff are fantastic.

I can easily recommend Sri Lanta if you are after that relaxed stress free gettaway. Very laid back but at the same time the resort offers a lot and staff here are very helpful and cheerful. Our favourite resort in Lanta. Not our first time here and not our last.

Srilanta is a perfect sanctuary for your wellness
The groomed garden, the pool and the quietness
9.7
Srilanta is the most idylic, artistic, charming, serene and romantic resort in Klong Nin Beach, Koh Lanta, Thailand.
Srilanta is located around 2-2.5 hours from Krabi airport. The resort styled in a Thai chic rustic has two components, the common areas with a gazebo, a lobby, a lounge, a restaurant, a bar, well-manicured gardens with frangipanis and a swimming pool; plus, the villas for the guests at the hill. The narrow street with very minimum traffic bridges the common areas and the guest villas. The gazebo and the lounge are perfect for a meditation, an afternoon nap, a relaxing read, an afternoom tea and a lovely conversation. The lobby serves as a small library with fiction books from the past guests. The swimming pool is approximately 50sqm by the beach supplied with warm water after being sun-kissed.
The villa we stayed is rustic, artistic and functional. It's made from the bamboo with thatched roof. It has a poster king-size bed with a white mosquito net. The bed sheet is quite soft and nicely fraganced. As expected, two towel swans sat on the bed and greeted us. There is a sitting area with pillows, a bamboo throw that's right for having our afternoon tea.
The breakfast is sufficient to fuel a healthy day (toasts, eggs, muesli, yoghurts, coffee, tea, Thai porridge and cut fruits).
The hotel takes around 10-15 mins to the downtown area for a happening night life. There are a few bars around the hotel but not much action when we were there due to low tourist season.

Nice place to stay to relax
Relaxing, good food and good value or the money

Perfect. The only negative point is the Aircon compressor from rooms around that you could hear from my room.

Horrific rooms, but good communal areas & location
Location and bars & restaurants nearby
3.7
I really hope the owners of the hotel read and take on board this review – we never bother leaving feedback but felt compelled to do this time. The pictures of the hotel on the website are extremely misleading, while the communal areas are good, the pool is nice (hot!) and the beach and bar areas are pretty nice and it’s on a lovely quiet stretch of beach, the rooms in this place really let it down – they are horrific... We had stayed in many hotels in Thailand before we had checked in, some of a higher star rating and some of a lower rating, but from the website we thought we had found a great deal in the Sri Lanta resort and were really looking forward to staying there... after check in we were taken over the road (all the rooms are over the road up a hill, so not quite beach front as we were led to believe) and after a long trek up the broken brick paths to room (which was supposed to be one of the higher quality rooms) we walked in and agreed we simply couldn’t stay there, it was dark, damp, dirty, very scruffy with a rust covered free standing air con unit which looked like it had come off the Ark and the bathroom was an absolute disgrace, dead mozzies decorated the walls and the dusty work out rugs and furnishings gave the aura of an abandoned shack... We trekked back to reception and politely asked to change rooms.. and cutting a long story short and 3 rejected rooms later we agreed to cut our losses and check out – the staff seemed resigned to this and we since met many other couples who had been shown the same rooms and demanded to be moved. The staff tried their best to convince us to stay and eventually we were offered an upgrade to the beach house. We were expecting a ‘wow’ experience from the description on the website, but that was a bit of a shambles as well, with dodgy paintwork and worn old furniture and generally very tired. We rarely complain, but I would advise caution before booking here, the location is great, it’s very chilled with some

I arrived at Sri Lanta by myself and I felt safe and welcome right away. I can only recommend this hotel to people traveling alone or in couple...

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff
Beautifully designed reception, pool and restaurant area. Nice rooms in forest.
8.7
we had a wonderful stay at the sri lanta and couldn't fault the hotel at all. staff were very attentive and friendly, wifi worked well and rooms were clean although the bathrooms probably need updating. the only thing we think the hotel needs is a shaded area with normal tables and chairs for breakfast as the older members in our party found it hard to kneel on the cushions in the restaurant.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go on the Koh Rok speed boat trip if you like white sand and snorkelling.

Lovely hotel in quiet area of Klong Nin
The garden area next to the beach,
9
We have stayed here before a few years back. The rooms have been refurbished since our last visit. The rooms are very well appointed with all the facilities you need. The hotel food and drinks are quite expensive compared to the rest of Klong nin so recommend going a little further down the beach for lunch and dinner.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Recommend spending a day at Same Same about 20 mins by tuk tuk the food is superd and the beach not so steep.

Terrible accomodation on rooms
5.3
the common parts of the hotel were OK, but the rooms are terrible.
The bath on the terrace looks great on photos, but really is dirty.
If you are a light sleeper: be aware that there are no decent curtains, the moment the sun is there, your room is in full daylight.
Shower was far below expectations: almost no water coming out. Having long hair I was not able to wash my hair in the room (had to ask if I could do this in the Spa shower).
All rooms are at the other side of the street, so not on the beach.
They are a very long walk upon hill away from reception/restaurant and other facilities.
I would never recommend this hotel.
If you would still decide to book there, please ask for a room with a low number, (we had a number in 500, almost at the top of the hill: a long climb and since the water tank was at same level of room, no water running out of the shower.
