we got picked up from the pier by the hotel free shuttle bus which was great. easy check in, great beach front villas, lovely grounds and pool. free bicycles to use. great friendly staff. restaurant was good quality food which is reasonably priced. nice gym. free watersports equipment. free wifi everywhere. nice breakfasts. 5 minutes away from main road by tuk tuk

All staff were very helpful. My room was located far from the beach and sea view. It was quite inconvenient to walk to hotel restaurant/pool/beach/parking lot. There was only one electric car on service for the whole hotel. It was not sufficient to offer a timely pickup service going around the hotel. Garden needed a lot of work.

Enjoyed our stay after we switched rooms.
Garden bungalow was great. Huge bathroom. Comfortable bed.

We had to change rooms as the sewerage smell became unbearable after two nights. The staff were great and moved us to a garden bungalow which was fantastic. The orginal room was located way up the back a long walk to the beach. Although it was new and very nice the sewerage smell was unbearable. I would suggest paying extra for the garden bungalow.

Stay was easy and relax, staff was friendly and attentive , though you don't expect perfect English from them , but hey that's not their mother tongue, so no one is perfect. Nice pool, breakfast was sufficient , restaurant could do with a bit more variety in the menu for dinner. Hair dryer provided upon request, suggest to place one in the room , save staff from going back and forth for delivering it. And international adaptor too. Hotel will be a great place if they manage to maintain it.but I do look forward to next visit.
