Very quiet and a bit more expensive than other hotels on our trip.
The hotel looked nice but the staff didn't pick us up from the ferry terminal which meant we paid 400baht for a taxi. When we arrived our room (a beach front villa) was still occupied by someone else even though we had paid in advance. We were offered an executive suite instead for no extra charge. Koh Lanta is nice but very quiet at this time of year. It is also not as beautiful as Koh Phi Phi or some of the other islands I've been on. But still we had a lovely time. Be warned it takes at least 2 hours to get to Krabi airport from Koh Lanta (also involves two ferries).

Good location.
Very nice beach
Very bad English speaking employees
This hotel is located 5 minutes from the city center in the North of Koh Lanta. This means you are close to the most important places like the city and ferry and so on. The hotel service is Ok but not perfect. The biggest problem is that they hardly speak English so it's pretty hard for them to understand what you are saying. Otherwise the hotel is clean and the peolpe are friendly. If you are in Koh Lanta I advice you to go outside of the hotel anyways. Go see the Island!!!
Travel tip : rent a scooter and exploe all the nice places which Koh Lanta has to offer you.
