Value for money. Even though the room is without aircond, the ceiling fan is good enough. Just a short walk from the jetty, pattaya jetty guest can easily book various tour package right outside the hotel compound.

Quite nice place to stay but basic. However this is Lipe so it's OK. I had some ants in the bathroom, but they didn't bite so it was OK. We had a really cute cat and a kitten in the yard. The sheets and towels were clean, but I had to clean my room (the sand) on my own, because they were cleaning rooms only after you check out. But it was OK anyway. If I come back to island alone I will book this place again, but if someone else is there with me, I will book some more expensive and hopefully better place. But still recommended for budget travelers.

i was there for 3d2n holiday all by myself. the hotel is situated in a very suitable place. you can visit the night walking street which selling many things and koh li pe is absolutely a food heaven. wifi can be connected when you are in the room.

Budget hotel with no special benefits.

No safe in the room as it was in the description
The only good thing about this place is that I was able to book it through Agoda. And possibly the fact that the building is new (not very much mold, no holes in the walls etc).

The rooms are located around a small backyard which gets horribly hot during the day and where the air stands absolutely still. The concrete fan room was suffocatingly hot. In the evening when trying to get fresh air in you get mosquitoes instead of cool air. No ventilation in the bathroom (well, to be fair, in Thailand there never is); the water from the sink runs on the floor, not in the drain. The sink is barely attahed to the wall and the tap is loose. The water pressure in the shower is very weak. You are not allowed to throw anything in the toilet, not even paper - the problem is solved by providing no paper at all. I will not return to this place.
