althought the room is not capacious,it is clean and comfortable. Hot shower is availble but the power of the shower is not strong. There are stores next and opposite to the hotel which make shop for snacks and drinks more convenience.staffs are nice and friend.the island is not big, therefore ,it only take less than 5 minutes to reach Pataya Beach from hotel.Highly recommend this hotel.

this hotel in located central of the lipe island do it is far away from ocean/beach, we need take about 5 to 10 minutes to the beach side.the wifi in only allowed for one person to access inside the room

A clean hotel located at the Sunrise Beach. The hotel is close to shopping areas and restaurants and to the beach (5 minute walk to the beach). The Cappuccino room was corresponding to a 3 star standard. Free wifi is a plus.
