Couples United Kingdom, January 29, 2013	great location but hidden costs! stunning location 7.7 great location, friendly staff, nice and clean quaint cottages but 17% added on to everything you buy(service charge,tax). this makes the already pricey prices quiete expensive, The tide is very dramatic at night which confines you to your resort from seven. The food is very nice though so no problem apart from prices. Outside bathroom doesn't really work either as is a bit of a mosi's trap and you find yourself running in and out of room! Restaurant Tip: Be wary of hidden costs !

Couples Netherlands, January 24, 2013	Nice resort, great location and views Very friendly staff, good food and drinks 7.7 - Nice cottages with airco - Very friendly staff - Great location and views - Great food and drinks Sorry to see that some services have deteriorated since last visit in Jan 2011... :-( - Often bad internet connection - No (more) thai massages - Ex-spa building is horrible mess - Only 1 Kayak (of 2) was available - No (more) flippers provided during snorkeltrips - Men (govt?) in rubberboats demanding extra money during snorkeltrips - Kitchen often closed 3-6pm - Tourist asked to join "cleanup beach trash party" (trash caused by thai locals) - Many broken glass(bottles) on beach - No (more) laundryservice - Very early checkout time (10am) - Very noisy motorboats (as usual in thailand) - Trash burning in backyard - Many flies joining your meals - Hot shower often not working properly Some of above is not to blame... some is tho.. Rating (0-5) : 2 out of 5 Eco rating : 1 out of 5

Very friendly and help me a lot of things when I had difficult problem about my trip during when I stay. Food at the restaurant is the best in the beach. Seafood grills are the best. Beachfront is crystal clear, private and romance if you are looking for. Excellent value the money you paid. I am very impressed the employees of the hotel. Knowdelable, friendly and helpful. Thapwarin will be my destination again when I am back to Thailand.
