What a relaxing break in an amazing resort! Far away from night life, so you are able to relax, but easy to get the busier areas, and staff are very willing to assist. Beach is amazing right in front of the resort, pool bar is out of this world, and style of hotel is absolutely beautiful! Rooms comfortable, and clean.

This hotel is located a 15 minute walk from the pier where there are a few restaurants and souvenir shops. The hotel has two amazing pools. Internet isn't available in the rooms but is high speed and the breakfast is usually eggs, sausages, bacon and bread rolls and rice along with fruit. The hotel is on the beach where you can hire a kayak. The restaurant serves delicious Thai food. The staff are very friendly and organise transport to the full moon party which is about 20-25 minute drive from the hotel. Overall a very nice hotel.

Everything was very acceptable during our stay. Our only gripe was that we got hustled by someone on the mainland selling taxi service tickets saying that it would cost B250 to get from the pier to the hotel when in reality it was only a 2 minute car ride.

Near pier but nothing else, terrible bathrooms

Staff was not very friendly. Location was near the pier for arrival and departure but not near shopping, restaurants or nightlife; transportation was easy to come by though. The bungalow bathrooms were unacceptable, with the shower located pretty much on top of the toilet. There were open shutters in the bathroom with ants and other bugs coming in. We "downgraded" to a standard hotel room that was actually nicer, with a better bathroom situation and more space.

Great Hotel and great service
Quiet, great room, great pools

During our stay I celebrated my birthday, the owner baked a bandanna cake for me - amazing touch! I fell sick on holiday & one of the staff made a trip to the pharmacy for some medication - to help my recovery. All in all a amazing place to stay, though even this hotel over the full moon gets lively for the 3/4 day period.

The exterior of the hotel very nice and beautiful! However the standard room we stayed was very basic. There are 2 nice swimming pools, 1 with poolside bar and 1 is just next to the beach.
We stayed there for 1 night for full moon party, it took around 30mins to the party.

It's a good hotel walking distance to the centre, especially if you don't ride a scooter. The manager is great very friendly and has very good customer service. The staff however did not clean the toilet. Otherwise it was good.
