beach front white sand beach. very relaxed ambiance. pool needs more cleaning every now and then overall we really enjoyed our stay in this resort. our room is very cozy and big enough for two. it is a sea front resort which is very inviting and relaxing. the pool is also big but a bit sandy at the bottom needs attention.
Nightlife Tip : good for snorkeling at the beach front.

very quiet, peaceful, serene We really liked the resort and the staff were friendly. we were there for 3 nights and went to the full moon party which was great.
but the ride to the full moon party from this resort is about 40 mins but thats fine.
but otherwise the resort is a wonderful place to stay and chill out

wonderful place, the rooms are big, clean, the beach is great and also the pool.
restorant execellent. the staff of the hotel are polite and helpful. far from the hadrin. 45 min we ask for quite and also to be in the full moon party. we get the perfect recipe for our wish.
the hotel is quite the staff is amayzing they all time long just help to make our honeymoon will be perfect. the beach is clean (they also clean the beach !) the hotel is very clean, the pood is very nice. prices in the restorent not high at all

I stayed 4 nights at Haadlaad resort. Staff is always in good mood. erveryone is quite friendly so i had a very nice stay at haadlaad. internet costs 50 bat per 30 minutes. rooms are very claen like the hole hotel. beach is more quiet than others, just perfect to relax.

Very good restaurant on the beach, fresh fish every day, great quality service, faboulous beach in front of the resort Far from the center and the nightlife of the island, about 45 minutes by taxi(a bit expensive to be taken) Very good in general, very pleasant staff, good restaurant, very nice location even if far from the life of the island. By the way if you're looking for relax this is the place for you
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Boat trip around the island are quite exciting, as well as the moon party that every week take place in the island(in the weekend, usually on friday)

Well trained, friendly staff. Great food,very nice bungalows, prefect location. Not many cons, may be a bit on the pricy side compared to others at the same beach. They need to be more flexible about the key deposit, they insist on cash deposit, where anywhere in the world thats done by a credit card slip. Our first feeling when we reached to the place after our long an tiring trip was not fantastic. But after a short while and after we accepted to pay a bit more and get updated to a bigger bungalow, things started to turn around and we ended up extending our stay. Very good restaurant and front office staff. Relatively calmer but one of the most beautiful beaches of the island.Not the best location if you are a party animal, but great place for a couple to rest and relax. Met the owner as well, very service minded and careful about the service quality.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Get massage at the Tuk's parlor at the beach and dive with Sail Rock Divers whose stand you can find at the beach. These are the best on 3 of the 'paradise islands'.

Beach, pool, and room are very close (everything is within 50 meters). Clean and clear beach, beautiful sunset. Clean room and good hot showers (temperature control is good and fast). Road to hotel is damaged, and far access to the main part of the island. We stayed at Haadlad, and enjoyed our stay mostly in the pool and beach. The beach was very clean and clear so we could enjoy snorkeling (beautiful fish and amazing coral reefs). Pool was very clean and our small child enjoyed it so much. (But maybe too small for older children.)
The sunset was very nice and made us so relaxing.
Everything is very close just to enjoy the pool and beach, but access is far to get to other places. Going out to towns is difficult while travelling with a small child.
Restaurant Tip : Pizza restaurant Jay's in Salad town has excellent pizza.

a place to cut off from the rest of the world
A nice clean amazing beach Most rooms are not nicly designed and conditions are poor and it isn't good value for money.
small pool more like a children pool.
Nothing around the hotel- no many places to eat or massage.
It took 3 hours until I was picked up from the pier. the hotel staff is in total 2 people and rooms are old and poor. the rooms whuch are worth staying in is the beach villa but still too expensive comparing to other hotels... breakfast isn't much of a breakfast. electricty problems and wi-fi connection problems. Note recommended.

Staff doesnt speak English The hotel is situated in a very quiet bay witch has relaxing bars and restaurants. The hotel is nice and staf is friendly. I would recommend it to everyone. It is good value for your money. There is no noise at night. Sometimes rare in Thailand. It has a nice pool witch is maintained very well. Close to the hotel are a few nice bays for snorkeling.

The staff were very nice and helpfull!
The hotel room was very clean, big and nicely furnished.
Only 200 B for taxis to and from the full moon.

great beach restaraunts far far away... about 45min on ped but its a great ride and fairly safe if you dont race along this place is pretty cool.
i got a hot tub villa and the room was great. only problem is.. and this is a massive problem!
i got electrecuted by the dam hot tub!

excellent location to beach,quiet,helpful staff Got a good deal from agoda , the resort was reasonable but shold not be concidered 4-5 stars. we booked the beach/pool villa. the villa was deffinitly the best location on the beach, at the sandy end and away from any noise. staff were helpful but the villa was a little strange in terms of design everything you need but a little daggy. also hot water didn't work although this didn't matter as it was very hot.

The staff was a small group of hard-working and friendly people eager to help yet allowed you to keep your peace! The beach is really small and private, unlike other parts of Thailand, no halkers! Restaurant was good - large menu and breakfast buffet on weekends. Has an onsite taxi/driver available most of the day at a reasonable rate. The hotel has a 2,000 THB (cash only) key deposit but doesn't seem to strictly enforce the policy. In a desolate area - not too much to do except beach bum. Also, the development along the beach encroches the beach front not leaving too much sand for sun bathing, etc. The hotel is nice and clean and great value for a semi-private beachfront.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hour-long Thai massages are available outside of the hotel on the beach all day long for 200 THB!

Everything you need to relax & retreat Far from main area - shops, info etc If you're looking for a place to relax in comfort & style at a reasonable price this is it. Lovely pool, right on beach although swimming isn't great as there are many rocks & it's very shallow. Staff are all friendly & Chef Tummy's cooking class is a fun way to spend an afternoon & create your own meal.
There are some other bars etc & a mini mart all within 5 minutes walk but this isn't the location for those who love to be around people.

Very quiet. Nice pool and easy access to the beach You can't really swim at low tide. We stayed in a standard room, which was perfectly adequate for the price. Everything was very clean. The breakfast is good, as is the food generally in the hotel. A nice pool looks over the beach. All in all good value for money for a relaxng few days.
