I stayed in a jacuzzi villa and it was fantastic!A small detail that i liked was that every day the towels had a different shape!
The weakness of the hotel was good but there was no voice in the weak up call wich i would prefer.Though the massage surrounding was good there was too much light and not the right mood so you can relax! On the beach there were no sun beds so you can relax. You had to lay on the sand with your towel.
The jacuzzi villa was very good.It also had a cd player! which i never have seen it in no other room. The pool was very nice with the elephants pooring out water. They cleaned every day the room with new towels in different shapes every day!The position of the hotel was very good too.Close to the main road with all the shops but not too close so that the noise would anoy you.We had a great time staying there.
Shopping Tip : Don't buy anything from the first shop you will enter. There are many shops with the same things and the price is different from shop to shop.Don't you also forget to bargain for enerything that you want to buy.You will be surpised!

The best thing about the hotel would be the long stretch of beach and the perfect sunrise/sunsets. All staff were extremely helpful at all times, very polite and offered 24/hour help.
We also enjoyed the weather, the beautiful view from the breakfast pavillon and the wildlife all around. If you're looking for a party this isn't the place to go! This place is strictly for holiday-relaxers!
Unfortunately, I was expecting more when I checked into my superior cottage, it was quite stuffy and small. I was looking towards a more-romantic-getaway with my boyfriend and immediately upgraded myself.
They then told me they had the pool villa's available on special offer, so I had a look and immediately agreed.
Whilst staying there, I did get an eerie feeling, was pretty dark and the pool was very very filthy! They did come to check it out but failed to do anything about it.. Sadly, we had to complain (I grew up in a hotelier's family) and asked to speak to the resident manager who was on duty at the time. She offered a free night there at that room, which was extremely kind of her and then told us that they'd have the room checked out again by the engineering staff the next day.
The filter wasn't working, but the jacuzzi was delightful! You get the best ocean view and the perfect place to spend wth your honey.
Next day, we were told they couldn't really do anything about the room so they once again upgraded us to another room, which was filled with sunlight and very very very comfortable (without a pool). They didn't charge us extra for the upgrade.
MANY INSECTS THOUGH, beware!!
Otherwise, a perfect romantic-getaway from the hustle bustle city life.
:)
The staff were very helpful, we did change rooms two times though. The insects aren't exactly delightful, but what do you expect by living miles away and deep in the jungle?
If you're looking for a party, don't come here! The taxi ride costs about 1000 baht to get to town, very very expensive.. Local food is good though, but if you are to eat at the hotel outlets, I strongly advise you to require no added MSG to your food, it makes you very very thirsty!
On the whole, good stay and nice people.
Happy Songkran! :)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go to bottle beach!! :)

Away from the bustle. A sanctuary on its own. Thai Hospitality at its best.
This was definitely the highlight of our trip. Even though the weather was quite stormy when we were at Panviman, we found our stay extremely enjoyable. The cottage we stayed at was clean, modern and very comfortable. Top marks to the staff for making every aspect of our stay a true joy. Top Notch!

Great territory, cozy rooms, faantastic swimmingpool, friendly staff.
For me it is not a problem, but some people may find difficult to go long way of stairs down to the beach and back to the hotel.
I like this hotel most of all at Tong Nai Pan. Good place for hideaway. Not a place for party-seekers and shoppers.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is an H2O Scuba Shop nearby in a village. Probably the best place to start diving with, as the owner and instructor Lee is a fantastic buddy and experienced diver.

the hotel had tons of things to do, oversized chess set, tons of pools, and a beautiful beach
it is an expensive ride from the ferry terminal and main shopping area unless you have a larger group
I really loved this hotel, they had excellent and affordable food. The rooms were fabulous!

This a a very good and well run resort. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that there was a charge to come from the ferry dock even though the hotel shuttle was there and if we had waited for two hours the shuttle would be free. Two hous in the Thai sun at the ferry dock is not a good idea.

The beauty of the landscape and sea view from the hotel, breaking from the outside world
Transportation to the hotel (the good from Koh Samui, Surathani is very inconvenient)
The hotel is dotted with bungalow-style rooms on a hill. Rapid and even, between the front of the hotel is best to use the mini-vehicle transportation. Color of the sea below, the room is visible close to the beautiful emerald green. The shallow and calm sea. Hotel RestaurantsThe good, happy. ITA that education is often the staff was surprised anyway. Stay two nights and three days is not enough. I wanted to stay a little more slowly, if possible. However, when the party is so vibrant nightlife FURUMUN many young people, check.
Nightlife Tip : The hotel could not have a place to eat too much. Once a month, was held at the party on the other side of the island FURUMUN night, all night in the bustling backpackers coming to the island for that purpose. Old child to watch so unfit environment. People interested in about one way motorboat from the hotel site, a 15-minute shuttle.

cottage rooms are impeccable very luxurious and beautiful with all the comforts, the food is excellent, staff friendly.
Unfortunately, suitable for young women without heels, without impediments or physical persons, as to arrive in the room needs to be done each time 7-8 minutes walk uphill very very steep. there is also the sewage from the village and nearby open-air downloads directly to spiaggietta the same, and the evening with high tide this means the only place to meet common needs through a wooden bridge located in the sewer.
an oasis nestled in the unspoiled nature and lush with its pros and cons. you must be willing to cross the entire island along a bumpy dirt road and off for about 1 hour to arrive, together with some snake or iguana also large and be a little isolated from the rest of the towns. but you will enjoy excellent local cuisine is international and fabulous rooms. the sea front of the 'hotel is not that great because of the sewage in the open air.
