the hotel is very pretty and secluded. not a good place to stay if you want to go into town. santhiya charges exorbidant amounts of money for people who stay at the hotel to go into the city. although the hotel is nice, the frustating experience i had with the service overrides that fact.

the worst customer service i have ever experienced. i absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel. they are not interested in making their customers happy but rather more interested in making and taking every penny they can.

Never felt so relaxed, pampered, and totally in heaven.
- Nightlife Tip : Walk to private beaches for totally Thai experience, cocktails and seafood BBQ in the sands.

Santiya is located on a very nice beachfront, nice beachbar with excellent meals and drinks the whole day. The staff was always friendly, helpful and quick. Excellent breakfast choice with a romantic view over the sea. The hotel is perfectly located built and combined in the nature. big pool area and private beach access make this stay enjoyable
