Groups Thailand, April 10, 2013	exotic hotel, nice beach, disappointing staff comfortable room, good food, nice beach 7 The staff should recommend the condition prior booking the unchangeblespeed boat tickets. The hotel should also inform and explain the customer about the difference between hotel speed boat and others. The food was good taste and good price. check in service is very terribly slow (it took me more than 2 hours). Since the hotel located on the island, the hotel should inform me about the not-ready room once I confirmed the pick-up time at the pier. At least, the hotel should inform me how long I need to wait.
