actually, arayaburi hotel and bay view hotel are the same hotel belong to the same owners. It's far from the quay, but you can enjoy a fascinating view of sea there. There's no enough hot water in hotel, and it supplyed by the running of the air conditioning which is inconvinient very much.
nice view of Andaman sea
far away from the quay, resort is located on the mountain, so it's very tired to go to room and lobby everytime.
No enough hot water to take a shower
- Hotel Feature Tip : need prepare the toothbrush, slippers, shampoo, conditioner by yourself

The stay in this resort was not the best positioned because everything is uphill or because staff are not available. The deluxe cottages are equal if not worse standard of accommodation that have a better view and are closer to reception and restaurant. The sheets, towels and beach towels would need to be renewed as many are bucati, or however much consumed.
The structure looks at first glance very well. And with a beautiful pool and an excellent restaurant with evening bbq cooking on the beach. It is located in a good position that allows you to take a walk in the village of Phi Phi.
We had booked a deluxe cottage, but in reality we have been given the cottage of last resort that we needed to do to get there 10 minutes street in full ascent. The furniture was old, scratched, the door with the handle route and lenzuala dirty, wet, and a large stench of rot. Cleaning leaves to be desired not only with regard to availability, but also the pool, the beach and all the equipment in common. The reception staff is rather disturbing because avoids help you resolve any difficulties.

Our lock on the door failed to lock on first day.
We informed a worker, who locked the door this was around 17:00 hrs. I then went to reception to inform them a chap had locked the door but will not open.
can they please ensure it works when I return to retire.
BUt no at 02:30 in the morning after walking up the hill to the room to I couldn't get in so down the hill to tell security. To cut a long story short after 30 mins of talking I got them to give me another room. And asked for the manager at 09:00 the next morning. But you guessed it after waiting an hour I walked to her. Needless to say it kind of spoilt my 40th birthday trip.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Just go there.
