Location, value and food. 8 Arayaburi is close enough to the beach that you can pretty much walk out the front door down the hill and into the ocean. It's close enough to walk into Ton Sai, yet far enough away so that you can escape the business and relax. There is some noise around the check in area, but that fades as you make your way to your villa. The food was great for both lunch and breakfast. The pool could have been a little nicer but then again why use the pool when the ocean is just out the front. Transport to and from the main pier at Ton Sai was well organized.

Couples United States of America, March 09, 2013	staff is horrible. . customer service horrible.. view..location..and monkeys 4 it bad.. the customerservice was horrible. . not only were they mad at the fact that we bpoked the room that night but didnt even give us the room we wanted or booked.. the air con leaked all over tje floor. told them about it.. they said they would fix it.. never did.. the water smelled like a toilet. never fixed it.. I bathed in bottle water every night.. asked to swtich rooms they pretended to not speak english.when we told them we needed to book a ride out of the island they were quick take our money bit lacked giving us information. . so when we checked out we missed the free boat ride to to the ferry. . had to pay for another boat to take us to the ferry. . basically the customer service sucked.. the food and location was the onky thing good.
