good villa, good environment very beautiful villa, very beutiful beach in front of the villa, very good breakfast and very good service. All the houses here are villa, and you can definitely see splendid bay view for the window of every villa. The is my dream hotel. The only problem is the hotel is a little far away from the Tongsai ferry dock, 15-20 minutes by walk.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : BBQ, massage, diving near the hotel

staff do not speak english very well Good located resort with many bungalows with seefront. 5 min away from the most resturants beach-bars and shops. good resturant inside.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : hippies a nice beach-bar 5 min far from the resort. Take the long-boat for a day-trip, is much more cheaper and confortable then the speedboat.

Beautiful wooden room on the hill, you could stay with the birds and here their singing everywhere;beautiful beach and sea a little far away from the port(10 minutes by walking) Very excellent stay in this hotel, we loved their wooden room on the hill very much, we could see the baby birds above our balcony; the hotel has their own beach, the sand is very soft so you could play with their dogs and cats happily. the environment is very quiet, it should be comfortable for families

Hot shower sometimes works bad, since you have to turn on the air con and wait for more than 30 mins...otherwise there won't be any hot water... It was far beyond my expectation...fantastic view and nice reception...the room is veeeeery nice.

service, scenery, facilities are all very good and comfortable.Its private beach a good selling point.I like its villa's balcony.You can see the Tongsai bay from the balcony. required to check out at 11 o'clock, it's not very convenient a good hotel to have your vacation.it would be better if you can stay here for a few days.it's a quiet hotel ,and not far away from the business center.

The room is normal but the view is really great, you can directly see the sea and beach from room, also you can easy find local tour guide just near the hotal, good food. Room is not so clean, you can use VISA only if more than 1000 BHT, no internet in whole hotel... Good location with resonable price, I do like the sea view and the seafood BBQ in hotel, and the food is not expensive; hotel have private beach, so you can enjoy the food and then have a good sleep just on the beach, there's several cute dogs always walk on the beach... I will choose this hotel if I come next time, but I really hope that I can get internet in hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip : No internet in hotel, you must walk 5 min to an other hotel to get internet.

Beautiful view and a great location being 10 minutes walk from the town! The water! Water that makes ours body smell bad and sticky after shower! The Bay View Hotel has wonderful location and a great view! The hotel room that we stayed was quite good with air-conditioned and a splendid view! The biggest problem of this hotel is the water of the rooms! The water is bad even to take bath, releasing a awfull smell and after taking a shower we still felt dirty!
Restaurant Tip : The hotel restaurant is one of the best in the island!! Cheap, beautiful and very very good!

The Deluxe Villa was lovely, great air-con, location was great also as out of jammed town. Everything was great, really loved the beach, great location and food in downstairs bar.
Nightlife Tip : Hippies is a beach bar with a live show each night, very good.

Balcony, bathroom, safe box. A little far from downtown but walkable. Didn't have that great a view, but balcony was nice for a drink before leaving for the evening, you can somehow walk to long beach with low-tide. That's the nicest beach where you can always swim and snorkel. Room was okay, breakfast also, sometimes some smell outside the bungalows, but I guess this is normal for Phi Phi.

Amazing view from the rooms and nice resteraunt Toilets and bathroom were in bad condition, the pool is far from the beach I wasn't happy from the condition of the room and the climbing needed to get to the room

The boat to take us to the ferry to go to phuket they lost or suitcases and put them on the wrong boat. Staff lied to us about rooms and our beds. Sand all over the bed room floors
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Can walk the whole island in 20 mins. Tones of shops and bars and scuba diving tours
