Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Decent bungalows in a quiet area
Quiet area, relatively clean, swimming pool
6.7
Golden Hill Bungalow is a very decent place to stay for a few night. It's in a more quiet area, but still only a short walk from the action. The bungalow is clean but the bathroom wasn't sealed properly allowing some insects to enter the bungalow. But I guess this is to be expected on a tropical island. The swimming pool is a nice plus and the value for money is good (for Ko Phi Phi peak season)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go diving, there is lots of marine life near ko bida nok, and turtles at some of the sites near ko phi phi leh. Try to go outside of the peak season to avoid crows, but don't let the touristy aspect of PP deter you from a visit. Just limit your stay to a few days and stay out of town in the peak season.

Nice staff... Terrible customers
8.3
this place is a bit up a hill and away from the crowds. anywhere else in thailand it would be called overpriced, but in phi phi everything is way overpriced and for what you get the prices here are fine. i had two problems. i wanted a place with wifi in the rooms which golden bungalows advertises itself as having. this is not actually the case. the wifi works well only in the small restaurant in the front and around the pool. it does not work in the rooms. the restaurant could also do with some floor fans since it gets very, very hot there.... i was amazed that there weren't a few around. the other problem is not the fault of the hotel but is a problem of fellow guests. the hotel has a nice little swimming pool and they maintain it well, which is a real plus at this end of the price range. it is is closed at 9pm though when the staff knock off work. a 4am in the morning when the bars in town close vast hordes of noisy teenagers (from this hotel and others) having consumed their buckets of battery acid and farley's rusks descend on this little pool (despite it being roped off with a 'pool closed' sign) and continue the party.... all at a high screeching volume. i booked this place because i thought its location meant it should be quiet.... i hadn't counted on the after hours, spotty, squawking, high-school-kids-from-hell. if you find yourself in a poolside room, i suggest you bring a shotgun.... unless you are actually one of the poolside party children (seemingly weirdly transplanted from spring break in daytona beach, florida), in which case you should do the world a favour and blow your own brains out. the thai staff in golden bungalows are very friendly and efficient, especially considering what they have to put up with from the guests, the reception staff being exceptionally pleasant.... the owners are english and i also found them to be very helpful and friendly... and long suffering.

Hotel Feature Tip:
酒店泳池很小,貌似还要收费的哦
