All staff are very friendly and helpful with my stay, we have to special thanks the staff, she always work with smile and she did help me to call the other hotel with my lost and found issue, and she do notice on that day was my birthday thanks again.
The food in this hotel were also very yummy.

Fantastic location with friendly staff

We had a beachfront cottage which was absolutely fantastic. The hotel staff were very friendly. Facilities are good, and the snorkeling is superb just off the beach.

stayed at the holiday inn for 5 nights and had a nice relaxing time. there is nothing to do other than swim,snorkel and sunbathe which was just what i wanted. got a free upgrade to a coral sea view room which was great but it was a 3/5 minute walk from the main resturants and bar. the hotel sits in nice grounds and is right on a great beach with stunning blue water. i would not go if you want bars and resturants nearby though as there is only a couple of other hotels close and a great little resturant next door(jasmines).
Nightlife Tip:
There is no night life nearby so choose this hotel if your just looking to relax.

Quiet hotel away from the crowd

Hotel is completely away from the touristy area, in conjuction with PP Erawan. The hotel beach is tiny, the beach next to hotel provides very little option for activities and food, gets boring after one hour. For day activities, you need to hire a longtail boat from the hotel, 2 hours for 1,188Baht. The drawback is, longtail boat can't go very far on a windy day, so we ended up missing the Maya beach. For excursions oriented trip, staying close to the main pier.
The rooms are new, but has no Thai feeling at all. The amenities are not what I expected either, they don't even have toothbrushes. The only restaurant in the hotel is not bad, the fried curry crab is definitely one of the better ones I had on the trip and I had many.
Travel tip:
Sensible option for families that aren't looking for too much exciting from Phi Phi

Love my stay here is Holiday Inn. The beach was lovely, the hospitality was good, the room was clean and in good condition. Holiday Inn was a very good choice that we made.

Ko phi phi is a paradise and all you need is to place your face under a water with a mask and ypu will see thousands lcoloured fishes. The resort is beatiful well mantained and just close to the beach. If you can affor go for a beach or sea view room, are you there for the sea, aren't you? The hotel is four stars, at the price of five, but I think that is ko phi phi offert. If you forget what you paid in Thai comparison, ypu will be very happy to stay at Holiday Inn. Female staff seems to be more gentle than male one. Sometime staff is not so friendly, not al of them. Ok we are makink the same questions you heard every week? That's your job. Breakfast buffet was very good, snorkeling set and towel for free, two pools, two restaurant and a sunset bar. A good place, but at this price I expect something more than good.

Second visit and still didn't want to leave!

We were here 2 years ago and loved it so much we extended our stay. This time we brought 2 of our adult children and a grandchild to enjoy the magic of this place. Sure it is a bit of an effort getting there but it is well worth it to be away from the noise of Tongsai Bay. We even had a "Welcome Back" done in flowers on our bed. We elected to stay in the older style bungalows right on the beach and found them very comfortable but getting a little tired, particularly the floors. The only other negative comment would be the restaurant. We ate there as a group of 5 on a number of occasions and not once did our meals come out all at once, in fact some of us had finished eating by the time the other meals arrived! Also the presentation of the food and quality was not as good as the little beach cafe down the beach. However, we were impressed that the GM and other staff stood in the pouring rain and wild wind to farewell the departing guests. Having a direct ferry to Phuket would be a big plus rather than having to boat it back to Tongsai Bay, wait a while and then have another 2 hours across to Phuket.
Nightlife Tip:
There are some other resorts and restaurants down the beach, including one called The Boat, which does a great show and the food was excellent.

The hotel is ok. The beach is far from the town where you can pnly get by boat. There are 4 hotels in this beach and 2 beach bars. Prices for meals, drimks and excursions offered by the hotel are too expensivr
Restaurant Tip:
Go to jazmin for delicious traditonal food. Best value
Negotiate prices for boat excursions directly in the main beach, next to the gipsy sign

Wow what a resort. Ticks all the boxes

This is a fantastic 5star resort on the island of Phi Phi. The bungalows are large, clean and have aircon.
The food and service was fantastic and the staff are very friendly.
Two pools a games room, spa, two restaurants and free hire on snorkelling equipment make this place perfect for families and couples.
The staff organised our transfers home and the hotel provides free WIFI.
My only negative comment is that service charge of 10% is applied to everything which I think is excessive. For example we attended a Thai cooking class and learnt how to cook thai cuisine I was a little annoyed after cooking our own food that we had to pay for the course with a 10% service charge on top. Very Cheeky...
