very friendly guy at the reception. rooms are not big but big enough and clean. close to the beach and close to the pier.
great for a relaxed time at phi phi island.

a comfortabe stay for one night at this hotel. situated in the market area and far enough from the beach so as not to be disturbed by the all nigh parties on the beach. many restaurants close by with a good choice. very helpfull staff

Cozy and friendly service with great clean rooms
The rooms were spacious enough and icluded a large bathroom, free high spped wifi, lcd plasma samsung tv.

the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. the price was a great deal compared to many other small hotels in phi phi. the building was clean and perfectly located. i would highly recommend the ivory hotel for travelers looking for an alternative to large bustling hotels.

you pay for what you get
the room is clean, in the pictures looks bigger, but it's ok for two people.

one big advice for the people who books here, the guy in the reception leaves at around 7 pm, so makes sure you arrive before that time, ok, there is a emergency phone to call, but in case you are not travelling with your cellphone (like i do), it's a headache to start looking for a phone to call..
besides from that, everything was really good, average hotel, to stay a couple of days and that's it.

nice family run hotel, clean rooms even if they were very small. great location near to beach and nightlife but far enough away to be quiet. outside toilet had a cockroach in when we first arrived but inside hotel itself was clean. good value for money, basic but all you need for a trip to phiphi because you don't spend much time in the room!
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you can try and book before you go there, don't just turn up because they were fully booked when other travellers tried to do this

Lovely room. But no quilt,maybe the boss of this hotel does not want customers to use his air conditioner.
This hotel is near the pier and seafood court. It is easy to find seafood BBQ downstairs.
However my wife was not satisfied with this room, for it was too small, not clean enough, and the furniture and equipment needed renewing. Moreover we found mosquitoes in the room. Compared with the JJ Residence we stayed the last night, this hotel does not value for this price.
Restaurant Tip:
Try mixed vegetable in phuket and phi phi island.

i love this hotel...
price is quiet reasonable in phiphi, stuff is very helpful. room is a little bit small but doesn't matter because most of the time you will be in tour or at pub.
clean room, free 2 water bottle everyday. super fast wifi.
and most important, close to everywhere and away from the pub area, quiet at night...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
1. go sailing in phiphi with captain bob from canada, amazing and must try activity in phiphi
2. kayaking with your friends, fantastic...

The hotel is hidden between an alley but it isn't difficultto locate because that stretch of road is where the shops and pubs are located.
The room is extremely well-kept and maintained. I would liken the room to a common room within an apartment. Equipped with toilet, showers.
One thing was that the distance between rooms are rather close (like you would find in an apartment) and sometimes you could hear your neighbours especially if they are talking at the top of their voice
