Cosy room not too far from actions.
Clean room, swimming pool and quiet location

Room looks much better in the photos shown on website. It's spacious and clean with swimming pool. 15 mins walk to the pier but only 5 mins walk from Losama bay. Expect a hike to the room.

Perfect for what it is

This place is all about perspective. The beds are separate from each other and the room is pretty basic. Two beds and a bathroom. The shower we did not use was not enclosed. But the ceilings were rather high, it had wi-fi and an air conditioner that kept us cool.
Prive/value was totally in line.
We could hear the party, but weren't at the heart of it. There's also a market at the reception area, which sells things you need, like beer and water.

Second visit and still a winner

JJ bungalow has all you could ever need when staying in Phi Phi. Rooms are large and kept exceedingly clean on a daily basis.
The accommodation is a little out of town which means that it's quiet at night if you want to sleep, but also only a 5-10 minute walk into the hustle and bustle of the centre where it all happens.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
If you're looking for a good base to drop your bags and go exploring it's fantastic.
The swimming pool (added since I last visited) is also a nice and cool place to spend an afternoon away from the crowds.

Huge room in a great location
Close walk to the beach but still very private and quiet!

at first when i walked into the room i was surprised at how big it was, but also thought it didnt look very nice. then i saw what the rest of the places looked like on phi phi and realized that jj's was actually a nice little gem! the room was huge and we could easily walk to most places on the island in 10 minutes. although we didnt have time to swim in the pool it was actually very big and looked like a great place to spend some time relaxing.

Really enjoyed our stay at JJ Bungalows, service was great and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. Close proximity to main beach and shopping area, but not too close that we were kept up all night by music.

Great Hotel away from the noise

We were pleasantly surprised to find out that this hotel was tucked away up on the side of a hill. It is located in a peaceful spot away from the loud party noise on the beach. However, it is only a 5 minute walk away from the main strip and 10 min to the beach. JJ's was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and accomodating. There is a small convinence store and breakfast Resturant right beside JJ's.

The deluxe bungalows are true bungalows,while the standard are attached two rooms for one bungalow witha connecting door.Just far enough away from from the main action,but a short walk to village.Not much of a view.At reception desk there is a mini mart,Every bungalow is up on the hillside.So stairs and more stairs.

Average location but nice rooms

Whilst I thoroughly enjoyed the island of Koh Phi Phi, I was not particularly impressed with JJ Bungalow due to poor location and generally dis-interested staff. The rooms, however, are clean and large and the pool area is a really nice feature to kick back at the end of the day.
