When we arrived they didn't have record of our reservation, but contacted their other location (there are two K House hostels) and got us a room there. They accepted our booking without question and set up our room quickly. The rooms are nothing special, but it was a place to sleep and the location was great!
Nightlife Tip:
This hostel is very close to the nightlife area on Ko Phi Phi, but is off the main street just enough that you can't hear the noise.

bad "hotel", dirty room and no any facility

I think it is not actually qualify for hotel. Just a small family motel. And the room is very dirty. No internet access. small room, the water power is very small. The hotel staff is bad, he give us a dirtiest room in the hotel. We will not go to this hotel again.

Great location but no service

Ok place without the disturbance of all the surrounding bars.
Rooms are clean, for a backpacker standard, but there were no reception and no service.
If you just want a place to stay, this is ok. Otherwise there's plenty other places but for a higher price.
That was the best place at the time (price/room).

Book in advance since there's no service or reception
