我们是9月29日到的酒店，接待热情，下船就有酒店工作人员接待并有冰的毛巾。住的是沙滩木屋，相当不错，设施完善，酒店的环境太好了。在这里我们住了两天，吃了一顿酒店自助餐和两次自己点餐，最让我们难忘的是在酒店的泰国餐厅吃的泰国餐，那环境和食物，简直是太美妙了。

Island paradise

This was an island paradise that was luxurious but was also affordable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for three nights, but wish we had stayed longer. If we ever make it back to Phi Phi island this is definitely where we would stay.

Our stay was wonderful. We had everything we could need. Everyone was so kind and helpful. It was incredibly relaxing. To get to the main part of town you need to rent a boat,

we had the most perfect vacation at Phi Phi village resort, enjoyed every minute and wish to go back there already...we stayed in a "Sperior" room, which is more than enough, all rooms are very close to the beach and are well kept. exept the pricy food & bevrages - this place is heaven.

Great place to stay, this is our second time there and we were never disappointed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
if you want a quiet place to enjoy Phi Phi Island, this is the place. 30 mins from Tonsai Bay which has all the pubs and clubs.

pool villas are amazing, the view is stunning, restaurants are ok, spa is nice and professional.

we arrived at tonsak pier at kophiphi and the friendly staff from the hotel took care about our luggage. after 5 min waiting we took the hotel owned speed boat to get to the resort. the welcome was nice and friendly after a short instruction into the hotel facilities we get a lift in a golf buggy to our villa. the hillside villas are amazing in style an view. breathtaking. the two day short trip was all together very relaxing and nice. food in the restaurants are good, staff is allover very friendly.

i was there with my husband and the place was very relaxing and just what we wanted. The environment was very cosy and comfortable. We had a great time there.
But then there were only 2 restaurants that we can choose to have our dinner there, and only 1 souvenir shop. Basically, the resort sits at the other side of phi phi island and there was additional charge to even go to the resort and to leave the resort. If you would like to visit the town side of phi phi island, there will be another extra charge and only restricted time to go and come back from the town side.
Shopping Tip:
Stay at the main pier/ town side of phi phi if you would like to shop and party@night.

Nice secluded location, private beach. When the tide goes out, there are critters to find under rocks. The hotel "limo" (aka tractor) is a real highlight and differentiates the property from other properties.

The hotel was more of a 3 1/2 star. The lodgings were adequate, but not particularly luxurious. The hotel is cozy, but not much more than that. No tub in the bathroom. Unlike most 5 star resorts, the resort didn't provide its own daily schedule of activities on campus. The pool was going through renovations. Although we could swim in it, the sight of the pedestrian bridge covered with blue construction tarp was an eye sore. On the flip side, the boat rentals and the spa were surprisingly affordable. The hotel has a large fleet of longtails that don't require advance booking, a huge convenience when weather is somewhat unpredictable. Breakfast buffet is fantastic.

We loved this hotel and would go again.
It is charming in design and decor and very relaxing. We found the food prices to be overly expensive and the portions small and on the mean side.
The reception staff were lovely but we thought the F & B staff were wanting in customer service skills both in the Dolphin and Marlin restaurants.
The best F & B staff are in the Coconut bar and the band were great.
Prices in the shop were also high.
Overall however this is an exceptional hotel and we would recommend it.
