the hotel is close to everything but far enough away that you don't hear music blasting every night. the rooms are really small and dirty, bathroom is horrible, and breakfast a disaster. we expected more from this place seeing it was quite expensive for thailand.

Great hotel in a perfect location

Great hotel with great buffet breakfast. I recommend staying in a bungalow as they are easier to walk to than the rooms in the main building. Only negatives were the lighting in the room (only one ceiling light located by the entrance so reading at night in bed was difficult. Also the receptionist was quite rude. First time I've come across rude hotel staff in thailand. I smiled at her many times but she just glared at me or else spoke the whole time on phone.

Nice location and hotel away from the noise.

nice clean rooms, and good breakfast. this place is perfect if you want some peace and quiet, and be close to the beach. phi phi is a very small town, and you can walk anywhere in 10 to 15 min. so this suited us perfectly to be away from the noise but close to the beach. will definetly recomend it!

Hotel peculiar y muy lindo

it's a different hotel, many cabins connected by walkways and many are on the hillside, with private bathroom, very comfortable. it has a very good breakfast and internet did not work, which is payment. as vegetation is in the midst of many insects and we had ants everywhere, even in bed, so we told the staff to deal. but the rest is great, very nice hotel.

The hotel pp casitas is located in the center of the island, 5 mins from the beach and 10 mins from the pier. There is a person from the hotel waiting for you at the pier when the ferry arrives to carry your bags, same thing when you go back.
The bungalows are very simple but clean and convenient. The sheets and furniture are a little worn out, but norhing too bad.
The breakfast is very good (egg station!)and the pool clean and big. The garden is really beautiful and well maintained, there are a lot of different flowers and plants that attract colorful butterflies.
Travel tip:
Book boat tour with U-rip, very cheap and you get to see everything! We had a great day with them.
If you like to party, Slinkys is the place for beach club. Very cool fire shows, cheap drinks and a good atmosphere.
Do get a massage too!

Nice hotel great location
Location was great, pool was nice

great location close to main part of town and beach but yet far enough from the beach so you could get a good night sleep (away from the party zone). lots of mosquitoes though! room was fine, could do with a paint job but was ok. breakfast ok.

It's getting a bit noisy from the increasing number of new bars on the beach (must be getting old!)

Try to get a bungalow near the reception, should be quieter.

Location of the hotel is perfect; only a few minutes walk to the centre and the beaches, but still a little off from the hustle and bustle.
Breakfast was good and the rooms were much nicer than how they appear on the website! Bathroom was especially good; shower pressure was good, water was hot. For those who have time to watch tv, this hotel provides all kinds of international channel with movies etc.
The swimming pool is nice, but the water in it is way too hot! It felt like going into a jaccuzzi, and it didn't cool you at all during the hottest time of the day!

disappointing for a family of 3

upon arrival found out they would not accommodate my son and add a 3rd bed. this was not a problem in our previous hotel. very disappointing. the bathroom stunk like a septic tank. couldn't breath through my nose. enough said.
