Great pool, clean room especially the buliding room. About of the banglow, if you don't like any kind of insects of wizards, stay out of them. We stayed both in a banglaw room and in a building room. The rooms are cleans and very nice.
The pool is a very Pros for this hotel, so you can switch between the beach and the pool. This is one of the best hotel in Phi Phi.

Nice location, qaint and a good experience. The breakfast was not good at all.
They had variety but the quality of the food was pretty poor. It was hygenic.... but just rather badly prepared / tasteless. Very quaint little place. The rooms are basic, but have aircon, TV, warm shower and tea making facilities. There is also a nice pool with an adjoining bar. For the price this is a very nice place to stay adn the staff were incredibly friendly

* Small room I can say that every staff at this hotel performed very well because they were very friendly and kind, and they gave us a lot of information about the restaurants and nice spots. Plus, the garden at this hotel was pretty as well. The good location enabled us to go to a lot of places so easily. However, the room itself was pretty smaller than I expected, and I found many bugs in the room because the room was bungalow. Plus, the water in the shower room was not hot, so I could not take a shower for more than 5 mins. Nevertheless, I concludes that this hotel is pretty good.

Beautiful environment,nice staffs! A little bit far away from the pier;
The restaurant is full of flies which make me sick!
Compare to the facilities and other hotel in the island,the price is quite high! One of the biggest hotel in PP island!The hotel is full of plants and the houses inside are quite interesting and beautiful!However,if this is your first time to vist this island,it's not easy to find out the location of this hotel.The price compare with other hotels in PP or Phuket or Bangkok is high.There are many flies in the restaurant which is not good for the visitors to have a meal inside.

unfriendly staff, tables in the Restaurant had so many flies. toilet smell all around specially bangalow sec. Because of system or is in Island? I smelled toilet all the time. hotel room was ok but bungalow side was disappointed. also in the Restaurant had so many flies. swimming pool equipped cooool shot bar(in the swimming pool you gatta see it) it was so beautiful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : so many massage place are surrounded.

away from the noise of the beach parties, but close enough to the beach and the main streets. the boardwalks around the resort are a little uneven- watch your toes! I had a fantastic stay here. Staff are cheerful and helpful, the rooms are basic but comfortable and there was a lot of choice for breakfast. Complementary water was provided each day. Comfortable sunbeds were plentiful but get hot in the sun. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. Bring earplugs if the bullfrogs are croaking!
Restaurant Tip : Check out Samee's in the market for the best food!

rude and entirely unhelful staff, woken both mornings by the clean staff screaming to each other. no bad cheap hotel on Phi Phi but after 2 nights I walked to Long Beach to find a beach bungalow for the same price. The staff were really rude and very unhelpful. The room was ok for the price though.

Close to beach and some of the night spots far away from the ferry terminal The hotel is quite basic. Room / bungalow was clean with a/c, though it took quite a while to cool the room.
The pool is relatively small for the number of rooms they have so can fill up pretty quickly.
Value for money is higher in Phuket than phi phi.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Was in phi phi for diving, the prices are fixed across the island. Pick the ones with their own boats. You have a chance of seeing some sting rays, turtles, barracudas. Island further out are better but watch out for the current.
The trip to Maya bay is a waste of time, its more of a speed boat parking lot.

Many flowers in the Phi Phi Casita,they offer the honey-moon room which we requested before. Too many flies and cats in their Rest while we have breakfast. We have a not bad holiday here.
The service of front desk is nice to us.
The swimming pool has a lot of people there.
I think their breakfast is not clean, too many fly there!
Anyway it's a good hotel in PP for its price.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walk 10 minutes to the view point.

location, price, rooms, pool, close to the beach! staff isn't nice, need to improve the breakfast eating area. it's too small and a few times i had to wait to sit down or wait a long time in line for my omelette. The P.P. Casita is a great hotel. I would definitely come back there again. It has great location and is always fully booked. The bungalows are great, a bit small but most of the time you aren't in your room anyway so it doesn't matter. We moved to the cottage room on our last night since we decided to stay one more night and they didnt have bungalows available, the cottage rooms are exactly the same size as the bungalows just decorated a bit more upscale.. not worth the price (they are more expensive). Overall we really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It has great location-- close to the beach. The pool is great, there is a bar in the middle but when we asked for a beer they wanted us to pay in cash! We were in the pool, wet, how would we have cash on us?? Didn't let us put it on the room. We did research once we got to the island and its the best hotel and the price is great. If you want to extend your stay through the hotel and not Agoda they make you pay full price!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walk to the view point. It's a hard way up but it's so worth it! Beautiful view of the island!!!

grate loction just on the beach
the pool was nice.
the staff was very helpfull.
and in pp casita was our very finest brakefast.
the location is good. and agoda's price is the best to find. the bunglows of pp casita is on a musqitos swamp, you can hear the frogs singing in night.
no local spray helps us protectd aginst them and we got hurt badley.

Rooms are to small, and they are dirty, The personnal wasn't really nice when they were speaking to you. The bed are too hard. To be honnest it was the first time and last one that i'll go in this hotel.
Travel tip : If you want to go there, take some stuff to fight against mosquito

Great Location - close to beach - close to centre Have to pay for Wi-Fi.
When weather gets Hot - outdoors starts to smell (no smell inside) Fantastic room for the price - i was pleasantly surprised.
Great location - 2 min walk to beach and 2 min walk to centre.
I enjoyed the noise of the bullfrogs at night.
Couldnt hear any noise from the bars on the beach ( some reviews complained about this - maybe because i went in low season).
Buffet breakfast was good - although ends at 10am - i would have prefered 11am (as you tend to stay out late)
Great service - take your bags to and from the Ferry. Felt sorry for the guy who had to carry the heavy bags so far (besides me no one tipped him)
Laundry service opposite the hotel - same day service. And great banana milk shakes near buy ;)
Restaurant Tip : Garlic 1992 restaurant - best seafood and thai food for the price - 40 metres walk from the hotel. They also offer great deal on longboat tour of the nearby islands, lagoons and snorkeling. 500baht for full day!
