It's easy to go to the view point from the hotel.

The service need improvement.

My husband and I stayed here one night. We planned to take longtail boat for sight seeing and diving. But gave up for strong wind and torrential rain. It took us one and a half hours to check in. During the whole period, we just checked with the receptionist only once for the accurate time we could get our key, but she was very impatient. We were disappointed for her hatred and upbraiding expression of the eyes. Will never stay there again.

Nice hotel. Would stay there again. Very clean, nice rooms, great staff. We took a long tail boat tour for the day, good deal, 600 baht. I stayed in phi phi 1 other time, bayan villa, I was not impressed. I was very happy with the Casita. Only negative, you could not leave the AC on when you left the room. They actually soldered the key to the card that operates the power for the room. After the first night it stayed cool in the room.

Beautiful Room, Friendly staff, Good Breakfast

Slightly Overpriced

The room was beautiful with its own bathroom and balcony and tv and fridge and was very clean and tidy. I think the position was good as Phi Phi is very spread out and you could end up in the noisy town area if your not careful. the price was ok but as it was the green season i think if you arrived on the island and then searched you could find something as good but cheaper.

Hotel Feature Tip : The Building Room was the cheaper option but i think a much better option than the more expensive bungalows.

Well located and friendly Hotel. Guest Rating: 7.7

Location. Friendly Staff. Swimming Pool.

To be honest im not someone that picks holes too much but if anything then the open air breakfast area has cats and some flies but hey its a tropical destination and theirs always cats and insects.....it all looked clean enough to me.

If your a solo traveller then just get something basic and cheap at a fraction of the price when you arrive. For those wanting the assurance of accomodation on arrival then to be honest this is a reasonably priced, clean, friendly hotel. I stayed in one of the buildings (not the bungalows) and found the room spacious, clean, comfortable with free tea and coffee. All rooms are linked by wooden walkways decorated with beautiful foilage and lights. Im not a gardner!! but it was hard not to notice........so if your loved up then you may be quite taken. Location is great, easily within walking distance of everything. The pool is clean and nice, but somewhat like having a bath as the water is soooo warm. All in all a great stay, phi phi Don is a beautiful island with plenty to do......although remember i was their out of season and know for a fact how busy it gets in high season.

- close to all Phi Phi has to offer

- older style bungalows for the price (but value compared to other Phi Phi hotels) - crappy bathrooms - nosiy areas to avoid

The Cassita is a great hotel if you don't want to spend a fortune and want to stay in the main area of Phi Phi island. Our only complaint would be that our initial bungalow was close to the beach bar entrance on our first stay and the noise of pariers and the music went on for hours after midnight. I would suggest you request a room behind reception rather than on the main path side as our second stay here was much more pleasant for this reason.

great staff, great spot far enough away from the loud beach parties (although you can still hear the bass at night). Nice simple room. Easy key drop off and pick up so you don't loose it (24hrs), beach towels provided.

There were a few mosquitoes but that's everywhere on the island. The maids did leave the doors open when cleaning which let them in but that was the worst.

We really enjoyed our stay at PP Casita! The rooms are just very simple but we didn't want to spend all our time in there anyway. Nice and quiet although you could here the bass from the beach parties at night but it could have been a lot worse! Helpful staff and a nice spot on Phi Phi, close to everything.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Quite close to the walking tracks up to the lookouts and would suggest making the trip to Ratee beach - it is quite a climb up the stairs and down the sometimes slippery jungle track but the beach was so nice and quiet...don't stop though cause the mosquitoes will get you :)

individual cottages or villas. decorated with lots of Thai character, beautiful flowers all around the hotel. private swimming pool very helpful staff at reception price - very affordable and what you get for your money is exceptional. close to beach and Ibiza beach party

when we arrived at Phi Phi on the ferry, we were met by a rep from the hotel who told us to wait in the receoption of the Phi Phi Hotel as it was too hot to stand around but he forgot about us and we had to wait almost an hour to be taken to the hotel. not good a start. The breakfast area has a bit of an insect problem - i saw quite a few small flies on the tables at breakfast on the first day.

The Casita was a fabulous find. We found it through Agoda and compared reviews with Trip Advisor and all reviews were positive and i can only add to it. Casita is like a resort but at budget prices. accommodation is in the format of individual bungalows, villas or flats, all connected with wooden decking, and surrounded by stunning flowers. it's a bit like staying in a little village. the room was clean, spacious, en suite and had a balcony. The swimming pool was clean and cool. breakfast is 'American' - and they have ommelettes cooked to order, but there is a bit of a bug problem that's the only gripe i could have. i would stay here again, and recommend it to anyone looking for a unique place to stay on Phi Phi without breaking the bank.

good breakfast, nice pool, close to beach

small bungalows, but clean

would stay here again and would recommend it due to its location, cleanliness and overall value for the money. prices on phi phi islands have gone way up for hotels and this is one of the cheaper places that is still nice. the pool was great, too and lo dalum bay is gorgeous. also liked the grounds and the flowers. were overall very happy with our experience in the bungalow.

p.p. Casita is the best hotel / resort on Phi Phi. Value for money, Sufficient amenities include a DVD Player. The tropical surroundings are made at night with the noises of exotic animals that surround this resort. Close to te pier (5min walk) and 1 min walk to the beach. the staff will meet you from the ferry to carry your bags and will assist you on departure as well. very Organized recommend highly.

Restaurant Tip : Restaurant called Cosmic - there are 3 on the island. the best food in Thailand and is cheap 80bht for thai food or 150 for the most amazing pizza

hotel location, bungalow cleaness,

room service

I tried this hotel after the Phi Phi one, the location is perfect between daily access to boats, shops and restaurants and nightlife with beach parties. The bangalow was clean, had air conditionning, safety box; TV..everything is ok except the room service staff who make a lot of noise early in the morning !!! I can recommand you to book on the web (evenr 24hours before), prices are not the same

Nightlife Tip : the hotel is very close to bars/clubs area in Phi Phi, it's also couple of minutes walking from beach parties
