Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

brand new hotel, clean and a lovely pool.
the hotel receptionist were very dull, never smiled and when requested for some information, made me feel as if it was a great bother to them. not helpful at all.
Loveley hotel but the reception staff from the point of arriving provided awful service. Upon arrival i checked in, the hotel staff asked us to take a seat with out telling us how long and for what reasons. after waiting 20mins, i went to the desk to ask why we were waiting and at this point told us that our rooms were not yet ready and it would be another two hours more. did not offer facilities to store our luggage. very very unhelpful. real shame for such a lovely hotel!! upon on check out, made us wait 15mins for rooms to be checked for usage of mini bar, etc. the receptionist then went onto state that they will be checking slippers, alarm clocks, remotes, towels, etc as if to make you feel that you have taken something. real poor experince. Best western sort your staff out, mainly the reception desk!!!!

the hotel is practically on the beach in a quiet area of koh phi phi
its a little expensive to get to the main part of the island on the long boat if you want to so some shopping.
you are a bit limited in places to eat because there are only 4 other hotels in the area, but overall we managed fine during the 3 days that we were there
we stayed here in december. we chose this part of the island because we wanted to chill out after a hectic 10 days travelling around thailand. we were a family with 3 kids aged 12, 15 and 18. when we arrived at the hotel we were given welcome drinks and cool towels to wash our faces. the rooms were ready when we arrived although we got there early. I`d asked for connecting rooms and at first this wasnt available, but after one day they moved us. we stayed in the standard rooms which were very clean and attractive. if i was going again i would love to stay in one of the bungalows because they are very close to the beach and they look really nice. At the time we were there it would have been over our budget to take 2 bungalows.
The standard rooms are not facing the beach, but i didnt really find this a problem because we were hardly in them anyway. we spent most of our time on the beach. Breakfast was nice. i read reviews before we went about problems with flies and that the rooms werent clean enough so i was a bit nervous about going there, but i didnt find any problems. The food was covered there was enough variety so that even the kids found something to eat and although my son wouldnt get up in the morning for breakfast the staff let me make him sandwiches and even gave me a little box to put them in.
The hotel is located in a really beautiful part of the island and even though it was peak season the beach was almost empty it was a little piece of paradise for a few days.
Travel tip : The gypsy village has a little store where u can get supplies. Overall this part of the island is a little more expensive than the main part of Ton Sai. Its worth making a little trip to ton sai because theres a nice market there and lots of places to eat. You can rent a long boat from the gypsy village to take you to the other islands for a day trip they have stands on the beach.
the beach is sandy and good fro swimming because it isnt too deep.
